Claim hotline goes to a machine and it’s difficult to speak to an advisor .…
Tried to call claims hotline but the option the computer offered stated that the mobile number I was calling From did not exist and this is the number that stated on the policy. Tried twice and Eventually spoke to a lady who was not Overly understanding of the situation. Without going into too much detail, I would recommend to people reading this that they go to another insurance company in regards to their travel as there have been many issues with Churchill and they have not been resolved. Needless to say the Claim was rejected Due to the policy.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company and I’m dreadfully disappointed In this company.
