This thing is beautiful and well crafted. I was a little hesitant to spend this much on a mug, but it was just too nice to pass up. I don’t regret it at all. I highly recommend this mug for any man or manly woman.

Great mugs but buyer beware
I ordered twice from them. I bought two, then I decided to buy 4 more to get the whole set. I wanted a set of 6 matching mugs, but I got two that were new and 4 that were old stock. When I called them out on it, they gave me some money back. I appreciated that, but I would rather have had 6 mugs that matched.

I saw your ads on line and decided to get 3 for my sons and myself. When we got them I was so impressed I orderd 2 more. I'm waiting for them now. Now thinking about it I will probably order 1 more soon so I can have extras when friends come over. These mug are classic and very,very, cool. Well made and dripping with class.

I ordered 2 of these. The craftmanship is what I was hoping for. The only thing I wish were different is for the rope handles to be notably stiffer, that would provide a more solid 'feel' when the mug is full of beverage.

Chugging excellent.

Purchased two mugs, service was excellent and the quality appeared to be excellent, unfortunately one of the mugs had a defect and failed.
Called Chugg immediately and left a message, sure enough I had a reply within 24 hrs.
Although it was something that could be resolved there and then I was going on holiday so they logged it for me.
On my return I called Chugg again and straight away it was sorted, no questions asked nothing, that is quality service at its best.
Replacement mug in the post.
Even though one mug failed don’t let that put you off these are quality proper mugs, I love drinking out of mine.
Worth every penny.
