Chycoco 

I ordered a dress from them and almost straight away I was worried, because the website changed its name soon afterwards. The dress itself did arrive, a bit late, but it was such awful material that I can't wear it, and the design is not the same as in the picture. It's clearly a cheap knockoff of another dress. There are a lot of interrelated bad websites I've since discovered. The giveaway is they almost all have the same "about" section so I'm using that to check before buying from anywhere new now.

Wish I could give them less than one star. I purchased two dresses, it is mid of October and still haven´t arrived. The worst part, is that they don´t reply my messages. DO NOT buy from them

I ordered a jumpsuit on the 2nd June, I don't have it yet. Its the 5th September! I have emailed them twice and heard literally nothing. Don't use this site. I'm surprised they are still 'trading', if you want to call taking peoples money for no product 'trading'.......

Worst customer service !You can’t return merchandise ! Don’t buy from Chycoco!

Never order from them. I ordered 4 dresses and they were terrible. Cheapest material ever. Took forever to arrive, I sent an email asking for an address to return the dresses and no one has replied to my email.
If you want to order quality go to CUPSHE.

Horrible experience ! Don’t order and waste your money.

I ordered several dresses. 2 of them were received about a month later (the other ones were never even received). The quality of the dresses is horrible, unwearably cheap, and the worst part is that it's impossible to return them. The chycoco website directs you to contact a certain email address for return instructions and of course, no one returns your emails. I have attempted to contact them 3 times in the course of over a week, and still no response. I will be disputing these charges with my bank.
