What a rip off. Clothes don't fit (1 or 2 sizes too small), flimsy fabric which is transparent and one garment didn't even have the seams finished at the collar.

I would like a zero star to give to this appalling company. The items I received were cheap wrongly sizes garments. They advertise cotton, linen etc but the actual fabric is cheap dish cloth material. The sizing is a joke, the company do not as they claim have an easy returns policy. They insist you send details and photographs of the items ordered and then they still refuse to give you a return address. This company should be barred from Facebook. I wish I’d seen all the reviews before ordering . They are frauds and cheats and quite honestly disgusting. J Fox. Avery unhappy customer.

I received my long awaited order of a leather purse that is plastic and a shirt that is so cheaply made I would be afraid to wash it. DON'T EVER PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY, nothing but a rip-off.

Agree with all the other reviewers. I read the return policy before ordering, never noticed that there was no address. This company is completely dishonest and has no intention of accepting returns. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. It has made me suspicious of advertising on Facebook and also made me angry that no one is stopping them.

Saw these reviews after making my purchase and sending money via PayPal. Received a note from Ciaopania that order was received on June 5 and that they would let me know when order ships. Now, 5 days later, there is still no information about when order would be shipped. Sent Ciaopania an email and they responded by telling me how busy they are and they would get back to me when they could.

Spent almost $200 with these people. Since order not shipped yet, I asked them to cancel it.

No way to cancel the order via PayPal. PayPal suggested dealing directly with the company.

Won’t be using PayPal in the future since they are not being held responsible for allowing these scram artist to use their service.

This company is a scam. Flat out lying. On Facebook, they keep posting pictures of designers who has nothing to do with their product, beautifully wrapped product in nice tissue paper, twine and an envelope looks like thank you note and caucasian tailor infant of sawing machine. All lies. In website description, it says high quality natural leather and there's not a sliver of natural leather. On website it also says 24/7 customer service and easy return. All lies. I didn't get my first email response until 7 days later and they try to offer me $50 credit for me to keep everything (my 5 items, including 2 bags, 1 pair of pants and 2 tops, totaled $140+) Out of principle and also these items are really junks that I have no use of, I have to ship them back to China to return and it cost me $75 in shipping. PayPal supposedly can cover return shipping up to $30. We'll see how all of these goes. I hope people can flag them to Facebook as misleading predatory practice and not allowing them to do such post on Facebook any more.

I really wanted this review to have less stars.. seriously! I placed an order for a number of the lovely, cotton/linen tops that this company advertises. I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the fabric and production but what happened next was a horror story. They sent my order (which included 5 tops) all tagged the same size. When I tried the clothes on I discovered that every single item was a wildly different size - despite the label. I could alter the ones that are too big pieces that were too small were useless - so I wanted to return them. In the package was a slip of paper entitled "Soft Remind" which contained a poorly worded policy for exchanges called: "Preconditions for Returns & Exchanges". This policy has strict criteria for returns, including that they have to receive the returned garment, undamaged and in the original packaging, at their facility within 15 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, they did not include a return address. There was, however, a warning NOT to send them to the return address on the package because this was an "one of the carrier's transit warehouse"

I emailed the seller - 5 TIMES attempting to get the address for returns... Both sides of the email conversation were polite but they failed/neglected to give me an address. I then sent an assertive but professional email saying they can't declare a deadline for exchanges or returns if they don't supply an address to send them to. Twelve days of back & forth emails after the delivery of the package (with a 15 day return deadline) they sent me the address in China to send my return to. I took my package to the post office to mail it and the cost of postage far exceeded the original cost of the garments and the post office said only 50% of this kind of mail to China ever reached the intended recipient.
I am writing this review to hopefully prevent others from making the costly mistake I did.

This is a SCAM. After receiving the package, very poor quality and sized wrong. Asked for return, NO response. The $70 purchase was through PayPal which contacting Ciaopania. PayPal instructed us to return the product to China. The fee for returning the package with tracking is $61.30 plus packaging through USPS. It seems like the best way is to contact your credit card company to open a dispute and stop the payment. This is what I did. I did some search on Chinese web about this company. There are many very poor reviews indicating Ciaopania is a company intending to cheat customers outside China.

I ordered 3 dresses from Ciaopania and paid $75.17. On May 26, 2021, I received an email from them saying they had arranged a refund for me which would arrive in 5-15 days. My bank says that on May 26, 2021, they they only returned to my account $26.31. There is something very irregular about this.

After waiting two weeks for a shipment notice I made three attempts to cancel an order and obtain a refund. The only direct response was non-committal. It's now been a month and I received an eMail stating: "Consider the uncertainty of replenishment time and the cost of your valuable time. We have arranged a refund for you as soon as possible. The refund will arrive in the account you placed the order within 5-15 days according to the bank's processing time. please check your account at that time." Payment was by PayPal so a refund is immediate. In spite of the "Italian" sounding company name, this company is Chinese. Clearly this company is advertising heavily to sell merchandise they do not have.

I had ordered a leather bag and a linen dress. The bag is not leather and the dress believe it or not is too large. I ordered a small, but there is no tag on the inside and it doesn't fit. I have been trying to contact customer service for 3 weeks and there has been no reply to my inquiry of how to return the items. $60 wasted, do not order anything from this company!

Too bad there is not a zero rating available. TERRIBLE quality! Incorrect sizing, comes from China and no way to send back.

Clothing is literally kid size. Fabric is absolutely not linen and/or cotton. It's absolutely 100% LYING and flat out FRAUD. Stealing your money. Get them OFF FACEBOOK

The worst purchase ever! I’m surprised they bother to send anything at all because either way you size it up it’s FRUAD! I would have been disappointed if the size was a little off but a 2x should not fit a five year old. The shoulders are so small it looks like a kid size and the fabric looks like printed paper! They know you can’t complain or get your money back. It makes it bad for other legitimate businesses. Don’t order without reading reviews. NEVER again.

I am usually a large but I ordered everything XXL, however nothing fit, but also the sizes were not consistent. The material looks, feels and even smells cheap. The construction is terrible, the seams are all wrong. Please do not fall for this. I doubt I’ll be able to get my money back. I don’t even feel like I can donate such terrible clothing to charity...

I am feeling like an absolute idiot. I bought £200 worth of beautiful clothes, with the guarantee that I could return them within 30 days. They arrived and the sizes are all crazy (I bought two of one item in two sizes, as I knew I could send the wrong one back - they are both identical in size, with different size labels!)
Hardly anything fits, everything is too small, even though I am ususally a L and bought everything XXL or bigger - still too small!! Absurd sizes.
The fabrics are all cheap and nasty and the colours different than advertised.
I am really shocked that I have not heard anything back from them, even though I have written many emails to the email address they give. And there is no physical address to send the clothes for a refund!
This is totally a scam and should be avoided at all costs. I bought my whole summer clothes budget from this horror of a 'shop' and lost my money.
KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
