Absolutely horrible horrible site to order off of!! I paid for expedited shipping bc I wanted this to come in for my Christmas pictures...not only did it not come in on time, but they told me that I should be patient bc they are busy. And when I requested a refund I have had numerous emails from numerous people saying very different things about a refund..they are claiming they cannot refund all of my money at most 25%...horrible customer service and worst company to order from. Do not buy from here!!

Ordered a wedding dress which looked beautiful on websire. Delicate lace, pretty but classic, looked ivory/off white colour and perfect style for me.
It arrived today in a small plastic bag. It's the most disgusting, creased, cheap looking, poorly finished bright white wedding dress I have ever seen.
I have emailed them today asking for an urgent refund or I will be taking this further.
A Company should not be allowed to scam innocent people!!

Don’t buy unless you want to end up wearing tent material!!! When I sent them the photo of the dress I received they asked me to either keep it and gift it to someone and they will refund me 20% or I could send it back to them for a full refund which I did and it cost me shipping fee. They said shipping it back is not their responsibility after pretty much sending me a tent material as a dress

DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!! It is a scam. They use fake pictures and have fake reviews on their website. They will not send you what you ordered it will be a cheap ridiculous looking replica and I use the term replica very lightly.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I wish I had read the reviews on other sites prior to ordering a skirt for my wedding from them. I paid for express shipping which they did not send it under. It just barely made it in time and then when it did arrive the tulle skirt looked nothing like the picture but more like a sewn up mosquito net. They have horrible customer service and poor quality items. I would never recommend this website to anyone!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, ordered a black jumpsuit for a concert on the site it had great reviews, as time went on my jumpsuit still hadn’t arrived and it had gone past the delivery date so I emailed the company and the sent me a tracking code and told me to wait a few more days, so I checked out the tracking app and it said that my order hadn’t even been dispatched. Absolute let down not happy at all.

Took 29 days after paying extra for 3/10 days postage then the cheapest Eva thing that looked nothing like picture turned up

So mad at myself for ordering! This site is an absolute scam with FAKE photos of items and FAKE reviews. First it took a month for my 2 coats to arrive and now that they have arrived I'm appalled at total lack of quality. I ordered a gorgeous looking white teddy coat item number 190205900294 and the pink version item number 190205900295. I have gotten similar deals on reputable sites like SheIn so I thought it would be the same...WRONG. The coats are more like a thin robe made out of a blanket, but I'm not sure I'd even wear them around the house. Might as well have lit my money on fire. So so SO mad. Do NOT order from Cichic. Trying to dispute via PayPal or something, but doubt I'll be successful in getting my money back. Hopefully, unlike me, others look at reviews on sites like this and do not order from this horrific company.

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a Medium and apparently a Medium is China is a small in the United States. They would not issue a refund unless I returned the product out of pocket and also paid for them to send me a new one. It cost more than the jacket to sent it back so I got completely screwed. The jacket cost $76.81 and it cost $90 to send it back. I’m a single mother in nyc and they totally screwed me. Worst customer service ever. The jacket didn’t look anything like the photos either. Instead of taking care of the customers they must pay these people to write good reviews for their trash products. Also it took a month to get this ugly jacket that was too small.

Terrible quality, the reviews do not match the product ... the stitching is terrible... the pictures do not match what you purchase horrible shipping time. HORRIBLE ALL TOGETHER. Do not advertise something when you cannot come through with the quality. The coat I order was suppose to be silk inside and light pink (baby pink) fluffy “fox” like fur.... it is nothing at all even close.. I measured myself before making the purchase and ordered one size bigger... the jacket doesn’t even match measurements.. I am not a satisfied costumer, wish probably could have done bettter. The seemings are fraying in every seem.. there is some seems sewed outwards... if I could upload a picture I would ... it doesn’t even deserve one star.. this is suppose to be a gift I am very upset.

The onesie I received wasn't anything like it was described on the website and while they were happy to give me a full refund I would need to send it back to them first which would be at an extortionate cost that they will not refund.
The only other option is to keep the useless onesie and they will refund 10% of the purchase price but none of the delivery charge!
The only reason they are getting one star is that while their emails aren't very helpful, they are very polite, and I have to give at least one star to leave a review.

The worse company to order from. They make you pay for express shipping and it takes more than 3 weeks to get your orders. I truly feel like this company is a scam... Do not - I repeat do not order from this place unless you want your blood pressure to go up. Lord knows when I finally receive this boot it might be a piece of crap. Regret I ordered from them. They have no customer service and on top of that that they are horrible at communicating with their customers

What a joke I ordered a coat it was bad ,my 5 year old could of made it better ,and the reviews are fake stay away

Giving 1 star is generous! Do not buy from this website. Ordered a coat and it’s laughable! I could make it and I don’t sew! When I contacted the company to say shipping was $57 they said bad luck- it’s more than half the price I paid for the cost! Do not buy- dodgy company, fake reviews and no customer service.

First let me start with saying I RARELY to NEVER write reviews good or bad! I ordered a coat that was super cute on the site for a decent price. I waited 2 weeks to receive my coat which made me mad already. when it finally came not only was the coat bad quality IT WAS THE COMPLETLEY WRONG COAT. I am so disappointed. I wait 2 weeks for the wrong coat? Wow! So that night I sent an email to see what I could do about the situation.... well it's been a week and I haven't heard anything back. Do not order from this site unless you want to be disappointed.

Can't even give one star. I should have read the REAL reviews before I ordered. Same story...bought a photoshopped dress, paid extra to get it sooner....ended up receiving it too late and got something that looked like my kids made in 2nd grade with cheap material and glitter. Nowhere near the picture!! So now after an email war, all they will do is offer me full refund but I have to pay $60 to send the POS back to China or they will give 15% refund. Pathetic!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
