Horrible experience with bad company. Ordered clothing and when it arrived looked nothing like in the picture and was very cheap, bad quality. I feel like they scam people. They offered refund if the clothing is returned, but they will not pay postage, which makes the refund useless due to cost. If they were a good company and not scammers they would pay for postage and give a refund to increase customer confidence. If they do the right thing and provide full refund with postage I will update the review to let everyone know.

So they have not done the right thing as you can see from reply. I feel scammed and betrayed.

Absolutely horrific I would leave no stars if it was possible. My item did not a arrive and I have since had no refund after asking.

Horrible!! I paid 25$ for jeans in April! It’s now July , I’ve had no updates or emails about shipping or tracking I’m beyond disgusted and disappointed. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Also when I checked my banking info I swear more money was taken then 24$. Awful DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE PLEASE.

I ordered a $79.00 planter as a Mother’s Day gift for my mother in May, 2020 - (my fault for forgetting to check first to see where it was shipping from!) It still has not made it! I became suspicious when I failed to receive notification that it had shipped. Ugh!!!! I emailed ChicChic and attempted to stop the order and get a refund. I received a response that the order had already shipped along with a “tracking number”. For at least a week, the tracking number did not show anything. But! Not to worry - from “our” rep. It takes a little time they said. Finally something started showing up with the tracking number. But of course it didn’t have the same shipping date I had been given originally. As of today, 7/3/20, still no delivery! Tracking number has not shown movement since June 13, 2020. Finally, it’s beginning to dawn on me, I’ve been had! I normally don’t do reviews, but am hoping this review can keep anyone else from being scammed by this site.

This company is a complete SCAM. Ordered a swimsuit from them for my bday & I still haven’t received it. They’ll provide you with a tracking number claiming that it’s through USPS which is a total LIE. They give out fake order numbers Basically giving you no way of tracking your package with this company. BEWARE THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAMMERS. I am contacting my bank today to dispute the charges.

I was going to wait until I received my clothes but I need to vent now. I ordered outfits 7 weeks ago, I'm STILL dealing with shipping! My package arrived in OH on June 2, and hasn't moved since. So I can't blame CiChic right now, there's 3rd party shipping partners that have received it and not processing or driving (it's been saying in transit since the 2nd). Which still doesn't make sense to me bc if I paid for the express shipping, why send my package to a different state than mine? The third party blames it on customs but if customs has ur package, they WILL notify u. I called. So who has my clothes?? Did an employee take it without checking it in?? Or is my package walking itself here? CiChic really can't do anything but they should change their shipping process to limit the 3rd party BS. 4 shipping companies had access to my clothes. See the problem....

If I could give them a zero, I would. They sent me an XL that must have been an XS.

This store doesn't deserve a rating of excellent they deserve a rating for fraudelient..They been ripping people off for a long time I see.I purchased a dress there three months ago never received it, never got a tracking confirmation, and you damn sure can't contact them.It is really sad how companies and people try to rip there customers off we work hard for our money for uoul to just take it without returning people's merchandize..They really need to be shut down and off the website and I will find out how they can be removed..I understand about covid19 but its going on four months no response from them no tracking nothing but fraud..Please everyone do not order from this website ever I beg you guys do not there just bad,bad, bad Damn

I ordered a dress from Cichic and paid extra for express delivery. The dress should have arrived 4 days ago. I emailed the seller and he told me to wait longer. Didn’t offer a partial refund or anything. I then tried to email back but it wouldn’t let me... suspicious?!? So I emailed cichic directly and they never got back to me. Pile of crap!

It's been a month since my order. No order status or updates available. I emailed requesting a refund and order cancelation. Hopefully they will respond and do the right thing. I suppose that's the risk you take with most of these company's who are based out of China.

I ordered a jacket back in March I believe. I kept emailing them to check the status of my order after not hearing anything for awhile. The item was IN STOCK when I placed the order. So after weeks of them not responding,they finally did indicating to me to please be patient and it's on the way!! Really?? 😡 So after 2 months and counting, they sent me an email yesterday indicating that its OUT OF STOCK!!! You got to be kidding me!! I was expecting that jacket to go with the marching boots, but I'll NEVER order anything else from them again!!! I'm very upset right now...

Giving it 2 stars because the items arrived. I thought they'd never come. They arrived after 5 weeks to Australia even with expedited shipping paid. This is because they ship from CHINA. I was worried about the sizing of the clothes I ordered when finding out that information but thankfully the clothes fit. BUT, the material of the clothes are not good and all the pockets are FAKE. I was so angry! What's the point on designing fake pockets on women clothing! I hate this. You will also have to cut all the loose fabric found in weird areas and iron the clothes you bought. Better to just save your money and buy from forever 21 or something.

Ordered boy mom shirt for mother's day (may 10, 2020). They never sent me the shirt. I reached out to customer service, 2 weeks later they sent me a tracking # and blamed everything on covid. Then after 6 weeks, 4+ weeks after mother's day....some hideous shirt with the word "Prodigy" showed up haha. They then told me I clicked on some and bought the wrong shirt???!! What?? I have the email receipt confirmation for the exact shirt I bought. Scam city. How can we send these crooks to BBB?

0 stars. Took over a month and when I finally got my tye dye joggers they were not the pants that were pictured ! Scammers for sure and cheap quality !!! The pants I got would basically be worn by a clown 🤡 Shady website as well

Wow. I ordered a dress in April and still have not received it. When I contacted them asking for an update on the order as the tracking is never updated, they told me to be patient. Pardon?..Its been 7 weeks, I paid for express shipping, AND I was only inquiring, wasn't even upset. Now that I have been told to "be patient" with no other information regarding my order, I will never purchase from this company again.

I purchased a Boho White Bardot Dress from this site which took 6/7 weeks to arrive even though I had paid for express shipping. The dress is awful, too small despite checking the measurements before ordering, colour is a horrible cream and looks nothing like one I ordered. I paid over £35 in total and now wish I had read the reviews of this site first. It does state a returns policy on website but too be honest I am not feeling confident about that either so will just bin the dress and take the hit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

They never reply . When I did get a reply, please check with your post office . I checked and nothing has been sent . I been waiting 5 months for my order . Terrible terrible company . DO NOT ORDER from their company
