This is a fictitious company , don’t be fooled and don’t order anything from them .
I ordered a skirt and have been waiting for two months , they’re response was for me to visit my USPS office and inquire.
I wish there was a way to shut them down .

I stumbled upon this site when searching for some shoes. Immediately looked fishy, small photos, on top of that the shoe sizes went to a European 48, which I don’t even think exists for woman unless you go to a special place.

Then I looked at the reviews and I peed my pants laughing a little. I am surprised how many people below here have fallen for this but it should ring 1000 alarm bells. “Pictures” from customers are professional taken photos (still in tiny size so not great quality) and the reviews describe the shoe in detail with some other sentences to create the illusion of a real review. Absolutely hilarious and disgusting at the same time. People, please be wiser, if something seems to good to be true it always is.

Zero stars waited for my order over 2 months and instead of a teddy coat I received a poor quality bath robe. That should teach me for trying to get a bargain. Absolutely shocking wish I had read the reviews here before ordering.

Do not buy from this company, paid for expedited shipping and it arrived in 4 weeks, they told me how to return it and did what they asked and still have not refunded my money. Item was returned over 2 months ago

i just read all these bad reviews today, i ordered a jacket and 1-shirt 2/20/2020, and i am waiting on my order
i will update my review if i ever get my order, or a refund, today is 3/30/2020.

I would give NO stars ! 35 working days later, 5 emails and no order or response from the team. The order placed was quite large as well. Anyone know how to report this?

Do not order, I didn't think to check reviews before ordering.... Wish I did... Ordered 23rd Feb, now is 24th march, bare in mind I paid extra for delivery to receive it withing 10 working days.. Order still shows in proces... Ridiculous

I am in the process of trying to redeem my money back for products that I have not received. I now have no choice but to seek legal action. I have called an emailed many times and each time provided with an excuse as to why they cannot refund me yet and saying that they will refund me within 24hours - which they have not. I now have to go through a legal process to track down these thieves. Please please do not use this company they are a scam.

Probably one of the worse companies I’ve ever dealt with. Never will I ever buy anything from this place, or recommend it to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I recently ordered on 2/1/20 and today is 3/20/20 and I just received a confirmation— In Chinese. Like others, I paid the expedited shipping. It’s been 35 days and no signs of my package. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM and report them to PayPal and the BBB! Ridiculous!

Ordered a dress for my baby shower. Dress hasn't even been processed 2 weeks later. Messaged to ask for a refund before it gets processed and just keep saying it'll be shipped soon, well send a $5 discount. No matter how many times I say no I want a refund. I can't ring the number as live in the uk.

Ordered and payed over odds for shipment! 14th February still awaiting... If parcel ever comes! Don't shop!... Don't even give a look to there web site!!!😤

I ordered a jacket on the 1st of February and I didn’t receive it until 13th of March. Their replies to your emails take days and don’t help with your query at all.
Although the jacket is exactly as described, the sizing is right and the material is quite thick. A very very strong smell of fish is all over the jacket but hopefully that will go.

If your willing to wait a month then I’d say go for it other than that I will not be ordering from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I bought a coat and to cut a long story short, didn't receive a confirmation email or anything. It has taken 8 WEEKS for this thing to arrive and of course the quality is terrible and nothing like the picture. In between waiting I opened a case against them and that's when they suddenly sent me an email as though I'd only ordered that day ( fout weeks later) ? Ridiculous. I would advise NOONE to buy from them. They are an awful company and they dont even deserve one star. Complete and utter joke of a company. Disgraceful!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could, they don't even deserve one star. I ordered a dress to celebrate my rainbow baby a month ago. I was very excited about getting this dress. I paid for it and had a successful checkout. I never ended up getting it in the mail so I reached out to sales. They told me they were out of stock on the item so I'd never end up getting it. I just don't understand who sells items that are out of stock?! Apparently cichic. And only after reaching out was I told that I would get a refund after 7 business days. Why I wasn't told this as soon as I ordered an out of stock item I don't know. If I never noticed my item never showed up I fear that they would've never refunded me. I will never shop with them again! There was no notification or notice on the dress that it was ever out of stock. It's all just a scam!

Don’t order from them! I ordered a pair of shoes nearly two months ago from Cichic UK and as soon as order placed, it changed to dollars. I have emailed several times as I need the shoes for my daughter’s upcoming wedding but the latest response (I must say they do respond quickly to emails) is that the order is still being prepared! It is one pair of shoes, how long does it take to parcel up? (Although saying this, I feel due to the email responses I have had, they may be coming from China so I appreciate they would take longer but that is why I ordered from a ‘UK’ site!). Please avoid.

purchased a coat and paid extra for expadited shipping. Waited ages for the item and coat is of poor quality but the main reason for this review is to warn others about import duty. I have now received a bill from TNT asking for £29.50 "import duty" and TNT say it must be paid in accordance with HMRC rules. Went back to the seller and their reply was as far removed from my query as you could imagine. tried again and was told they would not bear the cost. Having looked at the small print they do say "they have no control over shipping duty and will not bear it". I guess I'll have to pay it!! buyer beware!!
