AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!

I bought bridesmaid dresses in march these didn’t arrive I’ve emailed this company numerous time with no solution, they have tried to offer me 60% refund for items that have never arrived I’ve told them I’m taking it further and will go through small claims if I have to and they have stopped emailing back when I rejected them sending me 60% refund completely unacceptable I did tell them
Via email I would be on to leave a review since they haven’t replied or sorted this mess out I contacted Royal Mail who have stated they have received no correspondence about this from themselfs also they have sent me a link to fill out which states on it to be filled in by business owners only which I cannot fill out as only they know them details as it’s there business account Royal Mail stated and on there website which anyone can see that the company have to contact them direct to raise a claim as they are the sender which is stated online for everyone to see this company is using every excuse not to sort this out as others have stated on here and in there Facebook page also! I cannot fill in the form that was sent as it’s for the business owners only which means cicinia have to fill out to raise the complaint for the missing order! If I could upload the image of the form they sent me to fill out I would show it here as it states to be filled in by Buisness owners only and also says do not enter location number ( PLN ) which this has been sent via email to attach the the form that states do not add PLN number

We provided proof of delivery and in the first instance referred the matter back to the courier company for their assistance in resolving the matter. We got confirmation from the courier company that they said they had received feedback from us on at least three occasions of lost items and we sent you a link to assist in helping to file a complaint against your local post office. The 60% refund we mentioned means that we process your refund first, and after you fill out the unsigned proof and link, we refund you the rest. But we haven't received the unsigned certificate so far. We have contacted you by mail:service@cicinia.co.uk. We hope this helps to solve your problem.

Tragic customer service

I would never recommend this company. Their sizing is absolutely bogus, they do not accommodate for larger busted ladies. My bride ordered me the wrong size and the customer service was quite tragic, but then I decided to order myself the correct size. I have a 44 inch bust so I went for a size 16 to accommodate for this, as it states the bust is measured at 43.5 inches, so how is it still about 6 inches far away from closing around my boobs? Not to mention that I have an enormous amount of "side-boob" because the cups are not at all accomodating to people who have larger breasts than hips.
If you are able to contact with a concern within 2 weeks of delivery you'd be fine for refunds etc, but my concern is with how awful the sizing is paired with the awful communication. This isn't about money, it's about false representation. They market themselves as some sort of bespoke dressmaker but all they are doing is selling off the rack size dresses, cut from fabric and then refusing returns on the basis of "not being able to sell on" which is a lie.

Avoid!!!!

Avoid

Sent my dress for my vow renewal with no clasp so it doesn't do up at all and a long piece of red thread that is sewn in so cannot be removed

Emails are not answered

I am now going to have to go through small claims court

Delivered within requested time …

Delivered within requested time and material feels beautiful to touch. Thinner material than I expected, but that's good, cause nothing worse than looking sweaty in the photos! The colour was lighter than expected but still gorgeous. The top of the arms on the coat were snug, but it still looked good. Very impressed.

Caveat Emptor/Buyer Beware

I hope by sharing this that you do not get caught out like me

I am trying to return a £90 dress that does not fit
This is the response I have had -

Sorry for the inconvenience with your order.

We recommend not returning it, our factory is in China ,as there will be a customs tax now, the shipping time will be over two months later, we may can not receive the dress. This also causes the process delay of your refund.

Could we do like this? We can refund you 25 GBP and may you consider keeping the dress as a gift for your friends or family? Because the return shipping fee is not cheap and delivery will take too much time.

Is that ok for you? If yes, we can refund you immediately.

Avoid

Ordered matching trousers and top for a wedding. When they arrived they were huge, far too big. I asked for return address and for 90% refund as per their refund policy. This company is a sham, them responded to suggest alterations or a random £35 refund? No more correspondence. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Avoid!

My wedding dress was delivered in February however i asked for it to be sent in April. It was also sent to the wrong address so I had asked for a refund as I could not find it however, cicinia would only offer to send another one. I did not trust this would be done correctly so asked for a full refund. I eventually found the dress at a neighbour house. She had been on holiday and it was behind a fence so we could not immediately see it.
The dress has been wrapped in a flimsey plastic bag, completely ill wrapped for transport and looks as though it will fall apart after a light breez hit it! After all this I sent a formal complaint to cicinia and they have now blocked my email. No apology and no refund. Avoid them at all costs!

As a reply to cicinia, how have no unblocked me to send the reply to my review
I have already said I do not want a new dress as I have lost confidence in your company. I have spoken to yodal and they came back to me straight away.
There has been alot of back and forth with you now and each time I ask for a refund as compensation, you do not agree or offer to send a new dress. I emailed today twice and found out you have blocked me. I feel you have only contacted now because I have left a number of bad but truthful reviews. 
I have also found out I am not the only bride you have done this too. Quite a few reviews suggest you keep blocking people when they complain their dresses haven't arrived. 

Reply - In this case you really should put an out of office on. As I said I found out alot of people got blocked and it causes no end of stress! Do better
