UNDERWEAR MADE BY GODS
Cici underwear are underwear sent from the gods!! I am so fussy with comfort of underwear esspecially gstrings but I’ve never worn something so comfortable in my life. The quality is like no other, being seamless I can wear under my sports wear to the gym and they’re actually gorgeous colours aswell!! I will never purchase any other underwear again and the cause and purpose of donations makes it that much more worth it. I’ve been recommending to everyone and I didn’t think I would ever be someone to brag about underwear!!!

Softest undies you'll ever buy
This was my second purchase from Cici. I got the staples set and followed the suggestion to size up, I did and it fit perfect. The the seamless knickers I got are true to size and incredibly soft! Truly seamless and they don't fit in or or leave any lines what so ever.

Company is a scam
Awful Item never arrived I tried to get help from the company but they do not care. This company is a complete scam
So when you refuse to answer any questions what do I do. Let's say that you are right and at some point in the next 3 months it arrives how do I send it back.

Canada is experiencing shipping delays as a country. We have provided you with your DHL shipping number many times as well as reached out to DHL on your behalf. As you know there are widespread shipping delays in Canada at the moment. These country-level issues are completely out of our control as a small business, even DHL is struggling.
Unfortunately, we cannot send someone additional free product just because their parcel is a few days delayed due to country-level issues.
My partner loves her Cici's - buying more
I bought my partner some of these for her birthday. I thought it was an awesome concept to buy her something nice and also help women in need. She totally loves them! She is ordering lots more because she's been looking for an awesome pair of sexy and comfy undies that suit all occasions. Love the concept and my partner loves her new undies.

OKAY!! Real review time. These are not seamless if you are larger than a size 8-10 without love handles. Look- thats not the companies fault so that has nothing to do with the rating. My issue is - The CICI logo falls off after one wash. Big deal? kind of. The quality that went into the undies are not of a standard that they are charging such a high price for. I liked the concept - however the quality is the same as the cotton-on "invisible" line. The part that sits under your vagina is material that gives NO airflow- MEANING that you will have...uhm... odour after the gym or after a day of shopping etc. I give this a 2/5 star rating - point for the concept of donation, point for the fact they ARE a comfortable pair of panties. -1 point for execution of the quality , -1 point for the closterphobia my bits feel after a day of wear, -1 point for fact they are not seamless if you are not thin thin thinnnn!

Our exchange policy is on the product page of our website, because we want everyone to know they can easily get the correct size for them. Our seamless collection runs true to size.
Please follow all care instructions for a longer lasting logo, including be sure to use a cold wash. We are also working on a new logo method to make it extra long lasting.

Not seamless underwear
Great concept and size range but I have a problem with the term ‘seamless’ being used when this underwear has a big old seam up the back and around the gusset. Make them in fact, not seamless.

Our underwear are the most seamless underwear you will find anywhere. It is physicallly impossible to have zero seams anywhere on underwear. What brands mean when the say 'seamless' is that there are no seams where you can see them through your clothes, i.e. on the outer edges.
Most brands that say they are seamless actually have two seams down both hips - where you can see them. We invested putting the seam down the back where it can't be seen through clothes. Hence, the most seamless underwear you can find anywhere :)

Not reliable stay put underwear
Not a great fit at all. Fabric is cheap and no control at all. Useful for putting on and taking straight off again.

So sorry to hear our product isn't for you. We would be happy to give you a full refund to put towards underwear that advertises itself as "stay put" underwear, it will likely be the kind of underwear that is stiff and digs in leaving red marks, but it will most certainly stay perfectly rigid and still.
All of our other customers have left lovely positive reviews of how great our underwear is for the gym because it's comfy, stretchy, breathable, high-quality fabric that doesn't roll but still moves perfectly with your body.
