This is not just a typical online store where you impersonally click, add to cart, and pay. I was treated almost like in a traditional shop, with excellent and personal customer service. First time order from Barbados . If you need experience, patience and staff who share your concerns then you have the right place
Stefano made my experience very comfortable. During our interaction I felt confident that he knew my concern and was indeed addressing it . I also never felt like I was stacked in a line of customers and he picked up exactly where we left off on last conversation in our 5 days or so of communication. Being in customer service myself this is what keeps and builds on a customer base
