I do wish I had opted for the professional bike assembly service from the site, as getting the bike assembled here in Sweden ended up costing me almost three times as much as it would have on the website. Lesson learned! Other than that, the experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend them."

One of the best experiences I've ever had!
One of the best experiences I've ever had. Even though it started out like a nightmare (thanks, DHL). Before I ordered my bike to Switzerland, I was a little sceptical. But after Andrea answered all my questions, I ordered the bike. It arrived very quickly and within the specified time. However, when I unpacked it, the frame was broken, even though it was very well packaged. So I wrote to Andrea and he helped me very quickly. On the same day, I received the return label and was able to send the bike back for an exchange. No discussion, just pure service and help!
I have never experienced such good communication in every aspect, unbeatable customer service and so much help. I have never found anything like this in Switzerland or Germany. I can highly recommend this bike shop! I will definitely order from them again at any time.
Once again Thank you for everything i am really happy with the bike and the Service and special Thanks to Andrea who helped me trough this process. Just trust these guys! They know what they do.

DHL tried to ruin it, but bicycle turned out to be great!

Honestly, DHL just totally ruins everything and it is a very stressful experience waiting whether you’ll ever receive your expensive bike or not. No shipping window provided, even the date of delivery is just an estimation, no telephone number for the customer service, tracking doesn’t show whether the bike is out for delivery or not, you can only hope they answer your email you have sent for the customer service, but until then they might again attempt to deliver in an unreasonable time when you’ll surely not at home… I mean 8:30 PM attempted delivery…? Never-ever I had experienced an attempted delivery at that time! You are sitting at home waiting, after 6 PM you give up that today is the day… And when they are trying to deliver you are not even getting a phone! I was 2 mins away… Really diasspointing that for ca 120 EUR shipping costs this is the service you got in 2025. You can just hope, and stay two to four days at home 24 hours a day to get what you ordered. I’m very disapoointed. Not even seen the bike until now… This is just mindblowing, for such an expensive bike, such expensive freight costs, this is ehat you get… Totally disapoointing.
