Ciga Design 

I Have bought 4 different watches from Ciga and have had no issues. The engineering and quality is amazing at the price paid and i will have no problem recomending them. Bought one for my son for his 30th birthday and he loves it gets so many compliments.

I ordered the CIGA Design Series Z Edge which came in as ordered. I wore it once and stopped working after a few hours. I contacted the company a month ago with no response. Even wrote a review on their website hoping to get a reply, but was edited out since it was a poor rating. No phone number as a second alternative, so looks like I'm out of luck. Please learn off my mistake and buy elsewhere.

I believe i have been scammed!!

I bought a watch from Ciga Design on 8/12/22 as a christmas present. It arrived on 6/1/23 and the box was empty!! The factory seal on the box was fully intact....I have emailed them many times (every day in fact) and will continue to do so. Initially they sent me to DPD who have said (quite rightly) they delivered exactly what was sent but since then Ciga have completely ignored me. I did manage to speak to Ciga Uk via their whatsapp chat and they have admitted that they sometimes receive empty boxes from Ciga too so this is clearly not an isolated incident.

Do not buy anything from this company if you value both trust and more importantly your hard earned money.

Don’t use this company I did not receive my order £735 worth and it never arrive can’t get hold of anybody to help me and been given a few tracking numbers that don’t exist. Keep away

Ciga Design shipped the wrong watch to a number of customers. Not only will they not send a prepaid return label, they have refused to reimburse customers for the import charges (over £40 in my case), and expect customers to swallow these costs. The watches look great, but it’s not worth dealing with a company that thinks it’s OK to stiff its customers.

With its new X Series watch, Ciga has reached new lows; much delayed, including because they under declared the value to avoid tax, they are now sending out the wrong watches to people who have funded them on Indiegogo…in my case the Titanium/Blue version I ordered was replaced by a standard black/orange version worth $60 less. Frankly a brand to be avoided, no matter how attractive the watches

This company is apparently linked to CIGA DESIGN. The web site mynextwa DOT ch is not accessible.
I bought a watch thru the INDIEGOGO crowdfunding platform (contributor 9067) with 269$ On Jan 2020, delivery has been delayed due to pandemic situation to July 2020 (and I understood), watch was ok as delivered but STOPPED working in Sept 2020, I sent e-mails asking what should I do, they replied to send photos, I sent photos and videos, they replied resolution was not enough, sent again photos made with Iphone 10 close-ups, they replied again res was not enough and I should buy a camera for this purpose (!), I replied they're crazy asking this, they never replied, I wrote again on Jan 6th 2021, sending again high res photos with Iphone 10 and writing I would take legal actions and their reply has been to send photos and follow instructions on the PPT they sent first time.... Just scammers with lots of bad reviews and customers having my same experience commenting on their only web connection, the Facebook page where they promote this brand.

Edit 22.02.2022: they even invited me to join their "CIGA OFFICIAL CLUB" :-))))))) THEY HAVE NO SHAME. I STILL HAVE THEIR "WATCH" NOT WORKING AFTER FEW WEEKS FROM PURCHASING ON THE TABLE IN MY SITTING ROOM...
