Very happy with my experience
Very happy with my experience at Cigars.co.za. The website had numerous options, helpful descriptions (including video reviews) and provided a range of options to suit the budget.
The payment was quick and easy and the communication was great from Pedro. Delivery came within 24 hours. Overall very happy and will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

Your service was first class as always thanks.
However the Romeo Y Juliet cigars were a bit hard and dry and difficult to smoke. I took them out of the box and put them in my humidifier and increased the humidity levels for 2 weeks before they recovered sufficiently so I could smoke them comfortably.
It is the second time I have received cigars from you which were still in a sealed box , but were dry.
Maybe check the humidity levels in your storage room ?

Hi Chris, you could have sent us an email letting us know about this so we could verify. Our humidor has several humidity zones and every month we control and check the zones by the humidity in the cigar itself. These zones are meant for aging purposes.
Of course on sealed boxes we dont open but they are in the same areas of other boxes, the only way to verify this would be to physical measure the cigar humidity.
In future just pop us an email so we can see if indeed the cigars are dry.
