Don’t buy from this company! Your cigars will have a $650 tax per box when they arrive at customs that is not made clear when you purchase cigars! And cannot be sent back

Follow from my last review, I must commend CoH for making improvement to their service. A full refund is finally given after satisfying them of the non-delivery of my order. Hence despite the lengthened period of hassle. The matter is now closed. I shall continue to be CoH's customer as on whole they are quite OK. Many choices of cigars and reasonably priced. Fairly quick delivery and if nothing goes wrong, they are my preferred supplier of cigars.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ravi and COH. Not sure why someone is creating multiple accounts to post negative reviews but you will not be disappointed by Ravis service!

Recently ordered a box of Monte Petit Edmundos. Pleasantly surprised that I got it after a week. Fast, reliable & good response. Sure taxes need to be paid at the port of entry, but reasonable. All in all very happy with COH.

Do not use this cigar shop. I ordered $1100 of cigars which were returned. After 9 months of delay tactics, 0 refund. Ravi is a crook and the cohcigars.com website should be avoided.

Ordered 2 boxes of NC cigars. Shipping was prompt and delivery within expected time frame. Yea there was a customs charge but that isn't the fault of the retailer. Cigars came well packed and in good condition.

They're the most trusted name in the business. Not sure why this 1 guy is jumping through hoops with fake accounts trying to ruin coh. But coh is top notch!

One star is too many! Terrible customer service, was a loyal customer of many years and was ripped off Ravi is more concerned with being right and arguing with the customer them keeping them. AVOID.

Did a test order with Cigars of Habanos as I wanted to make sure they were legit and good cigars Ordered the Partagas P Series 2. The wrapper was very light- and was not wrapped correctly on all of the cigars, When I tried to smoke one the flavor has a harsh amomia taste. I checked the serial number with the HABANOS authenticity website and it came up as a H Upmann cigar- not the Patagas, When I emailed the vendor some guy named Ravi was very rude and refused to take them back, I lost $250+ on that deal as I threw those cigars away. But thank goodness it was not more as these were crude fakes. Beware of this Hong Kong company.

I have been a loyal customer of them for years, but it seems loyalty means nothing to Ravi... He prefers to scam his customers than be honest.
