good support, helped with shipping error. no bad experience with 5+ orders, payed with zelle and wise. shipping to usa ~35 dollar for 10 pack.< 2week for shipping. stealth packaging yes. kretek is love.

Afraid they may be involved in 'selective' scamming now. A real shame, because it's an excellent business.

Bank transfer was instantaneous, sent them prove of payment and bank record. receive generic response when I know payment is in their account.

Unhappy. You cannot make future orders if you get burned once. They might have so many customers that they don't mind burning them at random.

Order #172597 I paid for my order yesterday and have not received an email when it will be shipped. I have also not received a payment document even though it has been debited. Very bad site, I will never buy anything here again

bought 5 packs, received everything as advertised. no issues here, would recommend personally.

Never have had an issue with them. They always provide the correct products and shipping is never longer than 3 weeks for me. Was easy to contact and change my order before it was shipped. Excellent service

Ordered ten packs. I emailed them and they were responsive, polite and helpful. Everything arrived, and in far less time than I expected. The extra tea and biscuits is a nice touch - better stealth and it's always nice to get a freebie. Great price, great products, great service. Will be ordering again.

Finally my packages came!
My first package was stolen. I waited and followed their policy and they reshipped my order. Package stolen again!
It was until the third time, they divided my package in two, and those thieves at USPS San Francisco missed them.
This proves that CiggiesWorld is a more than legit website, and they surely care about the customer. They probably lost money and they still tried until I received my order. I couldn't be happier.
As for the merchandise, an absolute joy to smoke non FSC cigarettes. The best Marlboros that I ever smoked.
I'll keep ordering from them, but only small orders. Even a small order still decently priced.
I just wish they go back to offer faster and more secured shipping, I don't mind to pay extra for shipping, order more quantities and have it delivered withing a week.

I've moved my review up on Ciggiesworld. I put a one star review on Ciggiesworld shortly after my first order because none of my three emails were being replied to. Jeff from Ciggiesworld contacted me to let me know they did respond but you need a gmail account of which I didn't have one. Jeff has been very responsive and helpful and I'll move this review to 5 stars once the 70 packs of cigarettes actual arrive.

paid for 10 packs received 7, and they keep telling me that they sent 10... instead of putting 10 packs they put biscuits and tea to level up the wight ... scams , avoid and never buy from them again ...
