Your order was placed on January 5th, during a peak holiday period when order volumes were significantly higher than usual. Because of this, order processing and shipment creation took longer than standard timelines.
After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it did not include a priority packing option, therefore it was processed in the general queue together with other orders. Tracking codes are generated only once an order is packed and handed over to the courier, which explains the delay in receiving tracking information.
We would also like to note that customers were informed through all available channels about possible delays during this seasonal period, including longer processing and shipping times.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve our service moving forward.

Most likely the best value for money vape shop there is online for Lithuania, or just any of the places they deliver to. Their bases are always on point, aromas always hitting that sweet spot and the nicotine amount /ml is always on point.
Why spend €20+ on 20ml of eliquid when you can mix yourself 120ml for the same price? Already ordered 4 times and every time the shipping has been spot on.

As always, the shipment is delayed, no email is received about the shipment information, its shipment, tracking code. The website says delivery 5-7 days. The shipment is received after 2 weeks. The conversation with the owner is meaningless, they do not communicate politely, they do not try to find a solution to the problem. The owner does not care whether you buy or not, and when will you receive your ORDERED shipment
