SCAMMERS!!! After a month of emailing back and forth demanding a refund because of the false advertisement of “shipped within 7-10 business days” they keep sending the same response in different wording. Asking me to reconsider and putting me at the “priority” of shipment. I am appalled and this online business should be SHUT DOWN. They are based in Wanchai, Hong Kong and barely understand English and from other reviews I have read after 3 months finally receiving their items they were the wrong sizes and poor quality. How are they still up and running ?

If I could give negative stars for this…
If I could give negative stars for this company then I would do just that. I have experience nothing but terrible service and interaction from them. I placed an order by accident and requested a cancelling just minutes after it went through. After THREE WEEKS of emails going back and forth they still placed the order while asking me to please reconsider. Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. Would not recommend anyone to ever purchase for this website.
