Mould remover fault led to bleach product spraying over me from the top of the container. When I complained they ignored my complaint. No follow up.

The black mould remover is an absolute lie! It removed nothing and I didn’t even have bad black mould! I wouldn’t recommend this product at all! Waste of money and time

They should call it Cillit Crap. It does nothing on anything.everytime I’ve used it I wish I hadn’t.either it has no active ingredients or it’s so weak you have to use all of it for a single stain.

Awful stuff. Waste of money.
Bought to clean the start of some small mould marks in bathroom. Turned the small black mould into grey mould after two applications and being left on for longer than suggested.
Used to refresh grouting that was showing some initial signs of wear.
Having spent time on this there is no noticeable difference other than a really strong bleach smell throughout the house.
Waste of time, waste of money

Used this for condensation mould problems on my kitchen painted walls. It is amazing, no scrubbing or wiping and nearly all mould is gone. I can't recommend highly enough. Will definitely be using regularly.

cillitbang mould remover. Absolutely Rubbish, it is an expensive, weak bleach, cleaning product. It is almost exactly the same as all the other cillitbang products. WEAK BLEACH. THIS DOES NOT WORK. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I have just used cillit bang black mould remover for the first time with the usual scepticism as we have been plagued with black mould around the bathroom window and tile grout, I would like to say that I was actually blown away by the results and would definitely recommend this product to everyone, absolutely 5*

We were having the Black Mould problem that suddenly seems to be part of life now. I've used weak bleach before, but even that was not getting rid of it. I had no real confidence Cillit Bang would work - you know, the silly adverts they have, the general way that products now overpromise - and so many products and services and things have just got worse (this week alone, envelopes that don't seal, milk carton tops that don't open cleanly, cockroaches on the Brighton train...). So, Cillit Bank black mould variety was a HUGE pleasant surprise! Cleared the stubborn mould with no effort at all. Instantly! Wonderful stuff, give it a try!

Used the black mould remover this product is amazing I have tried for years with different products to remove the mould in my bathroom and normally I am left with some stains I have used this and it looks like a have give my bathroom a new lick of paint amazing I have been and bought three more so I have it in as and when I need it

Love and use most of the Cillit Bang products as they are really effective. Sadly I used the Burnt On Degreaser on two of my new oven trays and it took the coating off down to the metal. Just saying - it won't stop me from using these great products but I'll be careful in the future. Maybe a warning on the bottle would be good?

Cillit bang multi purpose cleaner does not foam as all the ones I bought before did .it sprays just like water. Bought 3 as was hard to get and all 3 are the same. Hopefully one off bad batch.Complained to company ages ago and still no reply. Can't remember exact date of complaint so had to restart complaint again today.

Cillitbang Induction and hob cleaner I was totally disappointed how useless I found this product, love the limescale remover and it works great everytime but as for my hob well all I can say it shines the burnt on particles left around the hob rings. Tried to put on more than the two pearl size droplets but still didn't shift the burnt overspill. Sorry Barry your product is as useful as a Ash tray fitted on a motorbike will use my regular hob cleaner

I have been using cilit bang 100% limescale remover for so many years, recently product is very poor, just like plain water

After following instructions - leaving 15 minutes, scrubbing, rinsing and drying, 99.9% of bacteria and viruses may have been illiminated (who knows?) but the black mould was still on the silicon sealant round my shower. A second application made no difference

I thought I'd try the oven degreaser on my black gas oven hob. You spray, you leave for a few minutes and the grease literally wipes off. No scrubbing or hard work required. Its currently only £1.99 in Aldi. An absolute bargain and time saver.

I used this on grouting and on the base of the bath and am totally delighted with the results. Many times I've scraped ( and renewed ) grouting but this has transformed the bathroom with minimal effort required.

Just used cilit bang black mould remover to clean the rubber seal on my washing machine after trying tons of products i was amazed how good ot was
After soaking the grey seal with the spray it just wiped away soo soo happy thamk you cilit for solving my misery won't be without it from now on

I’ve tried loads of products to try to remove mould growing on my bathroom ceiling over the last few years. Nothing worked until I tried Cillit Bang Mould Remover. This stuff is amazing. I didn’t even need to scrub. I just sprayed it and left it. The bathroom looks like I’ve given it a new lick of paint.

Don't waste your money on this, load of rubbish- try white vinegar and bleach instead.

Bought their black mould spray. Spent 2 hours trying to get the spray to work, including using a pin on the nozzle, but it only comes out of the cap onto my hands, the spray doesn't work at all. Can't even remove the spray to decant the stuff. Lost the receipt so I can't take it back, and it seems there's no customer service centre at the manufacturer, their website is useless. Total waste of money.
