This is a really good service

This is a really good service! I’ve been with Cinch since the beginning and I can vouch for their products and services! However, I do feel where communication and payment restructuring, Cinch can provide a bit more support for this. Apart from that, I still give them a 5 stars for the overall positive experience.

Got my Z Fold 7, and I'm so excited 🤩🤩🤩. Customers service are also very responsive, and have answered to all my queries👏👏👏. Definitely worth to deal with👍👍👍. All is well and good except the logistics courier as I have noted with Cinch that I preferred the delivery time should be anytime after 4pm, but the logistics courier insisted to deliver between 1pm - 5pm or else I can self collect 🤦‍♂️😑. Thus, I have to apply leave and waited till around 3.30pm to receive the device 🙄😒.
So anyone wanted a specific timing for your delivery, you can forget it. It will not be accommodate to.

Extremely unfair post sales experience

The sales rep was very helpful in trying to put the order through. However, the received device was defective (the back cover was dislodged entirely), and I was told to pay up for the repair cost although the fault was already present when I received the device.

The only options I had were to return or pay for the repair. Not a good first time experience.

UPDATE: another rep reached out on the same day to apologize for the negative experience, and clarified that no payment is required for a repair of the faulty device. This is appreciated, but I would urge customers to carefully consider before proceeding to rent older devices from Cinch.
