Order number 5520

I placed an order on the 1/4/25 and despite multiple emails to the company I still don't have the items I have ordered or a reply to any of the emails inquiring when my order will be sent.

The website states delivery in 4-7 working days

the delivery date was essential and they havent met it

Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Time is essential. Please deliver the items I have ordered without undue delay.

BEWARE! They don’t send orders.

Ordered on the 28th of September and still not received anything. Emailed them and messaged on instagram but no response which is funny because they reply to other people on here that didn’t receive anything saying to contact them lmao.

Will be charging back with bank.

Terrible Customer Service

Bought two pairs of sunglasses waited over a week and half they finally say they arrived however not the case at all as they had sent them to a complete wrong address even though the shipping was right on the reciept then they don’t respond to any emails whatsoever

My item didn't arrive, it said 4-7 days delivery and when I asked the automated system it said my order was furfilled all though I haven't recieved the order and they haven't responded to my email
