Tom is without a doubt one of the true specialists in High End AV. He has been superb from start to finish. Service and customer care is rare these days, but not with Tom.
I cannot recommend Tom and Cinehome highly enough.

I get the model, they clearly don’t hold every conceivable item in stock, but they (tom) care… from following up & confirming with supplier, to ensuring courier was on point.
Net net I got the item I wanted, at a decent price, delivered promptly.

I would like to preface the following article by stating that I usually do not leave reviews. But after my recent experience with Cinehome it would be remiss of me if I didn’t take the time to say how from the first moment I emailed Tom, I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and friendly chap.

No matter what enquiries I had, and there were many, he was always willing to be only a phone call away. When I wasn’t sure about how to connect certain equipment together, he either provided me with step-by-step instructions or pointed me toward tailored online videos. As someone who is not so technologically advanced, to my blessing he was extremely patient when I found myself at one point rather confused and frustrated, due to what turned out to be an error on my behalf (loose connection in one of my speakers). In terms of the product itself – Lyngdorf TDAI 1120 - this is my first integrated stereo system, and my first time messing around with a room correction system. Yet to my surprise, once I had finally gotten everything configured Room Perfect was nowhere near as difficult as I fear. In fact, despite having an odd shaped room R.P has turned out to be a wonderful device, helping to bring out the best set-up for my space.

Overall, in spite of my initial trepidations, I couldn’t have asked for a better, personalized, experience from Tom. And now I am left with the enjoyment of going back through my extensive vinyl collection whilst my wife gets the pleasure so streaming away. Therefore, I fully endorse Tom and Cinehome, and shall be looking to be a return customer in the future to come.

What can I say?? Perfect service! Was looking for subwoofer. Tony from Cinehome put me in the right direction and change my choice. He suggested to get the SVS SB-1000. I am delighted with the Sonos system, the improved wifi access, and the doorbell, all of which Tom has installed for me.
He is very knowledgeable, and efficient, and advised me on the various options available.
He has kept in touch since these systems were installed in August 2019, and has patiently guided and advised me on their use.

Tom was polite, efficient, so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My WiFi has been sorted as well as my TV and video doorbell. Tom didn’t waste any time sorting everything out and nothing was too much trouble. Tom made doubly sure everything worked properly before leaving and tidied up my spaghetti junction wires behind my TV. I thoroughly recommend Cinehome.
