Avoid - it wont help your brand

I would advise caution when considering this agency. While they present themselves as a discount-driven option, the overall approach feels heavily focused on selling as many services as possible rather than delivering genuine value.

There is a strong emphasis on maintaining and increasing monthly invoices, often at the expense of strategic alignment with the brand. Despite what may be suggested, ACOS performance in our experience was poor rather than attractive, and did not support sustainable growth.

Overall, the engagement felt commercially driven on their side, with limited focus on long-term brand building. I would strongly recommend setting very clear expectations around budgets, deliverables, and performance before committing.

Literally useless

Literally useless, never turned us a profit. They tout previous victories such as the number of laptops they sold for their old employer over tiktok but they negate to mention it was at a massive loss just to clear the stock. Who couldn't sell them?

If all you want to do is sell cheap tat over tiktok they will probably suffice (its easy you should do it yourself really, its like a shopping channel on tv at 3am.) But i cannot recommend you use them for google, facebook, email or b2b marketing which is what we used them for and none of their campaigns were successful.

They flagged my review to remove it.

Looking at their website "We’ve spent the last 4 years working directly with the management at TikTok Shop to launch and scale brands in the UK. We’re the most effecient and reliable agency on the platform."

Their company was started in 2024, less than 2 years ago, impossible their agency could have done that.
