FFM Shar

Circle asked for name, date of birth and address of the recipient’s wallet, after I sent a small amount for a service rendered. I sent them the company’s invoice but felt uncomfortable with their request due to client privacy concerns. Shortly after they closed my account. Be careful with them and read their policy on their website to understand how they work

Circle is actively avoiding their responsibilities

The way Circle handled - and is still handling - the Poloniex CLAM incident is nothing short of fraudulent. The e-mail provided for addressing any questions regarding this never answers, and generic Cirlce support refuses to answer any questions about their responsibility because the requestor "is not their customer". If this is any indication of how they handle the rest of their responsibilities, STRONG AVOID is recommended. It's a bit of a surprise that they're even running any longer.

DO NOT INVEST IN CIRCLE IPO THEY ARE SCAM

I had invested amount of Rs.400000.00 in Circle IPO through the CIRCLE PLATFORM MANAGER (+44 7908214904) and buying shares and requesting for money they are very prompt, they took my money. And 2nd Feb 24 they said CIRCLE IPO is now in public & disabled the Watsup group and started asking Capital Tax Money for repaying my invested money along with Profit Amount of 12x. And to which I followed and paid too. But now they are giving reasons that person is been absconding by taking your money, U need to pay again the tax amount. And now no person is responding and blocked my number from watsup and noway to contact them.

I HAD PLEDGED GOLD, BORROWED MONEY AND TOOK LOAN TO INVEST THINKING DREAMING OF CLEARING MY DEBTS BUT ALL IN VAIN,PAIN,TOTALLY PUSHED TO A DARK CORNER SIDE OF MY WORLD. MY EYES , HEART ARE FILLED SO HEAVY THAT CANT EXPLAIN.
THEY MADE MORE BURDEN ON ME AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY EMI'S FOR WHAT I HAVE INVESTED IN CIRCLE IPO AND WHERE I AM NOT ABLE TO TAKE MY LIFE FOR THE FRAUD WHICH THEY HAVE DONE.
I REQUEST KINDLY DONT TRUST THEM AT ALL.

Don't use them, they will hold your money for no reason and terrible support

They have been holding my money for more than 2 months after I gave them all the information they asked for, which was pretty much abusive and not strictly required for any compliance or AML policies. I run a KYC company so I know this well. This is disappointing especially for a company supposedly going for an IPO soon. The support team replies fast with canned responses to make you think you'll get there soon, but unfortunately, it never happens. If my funds aren't released within the next 3 days I will take legal action.

Circle is a scammer!!! Return my money!!!

Circle is a scammer!!! I registered an account with Circle.com and the account has already been approved, and they promised that all the assets stored in Circle is secure and stable, but it's not true. Circle allows to be deposited fiat currency into their bank account and convert it into cryptocurrency USDC, as the account's holder,I helped one of my clients to do fiat/crypto trade, when I checke my account, the money has been deposited into Circle's account, and because the client wanted USDT, so I used another crypto wallet to send the USDT to him, when I came back Circle, and tried to send the USDC to another address to change it into USDT, I was not allowed to log in the account, and many many days later after communication via email, I was told the money(80k USD) was returned and my account is closed due to some regulations!!!!During the communication on emails, they told me my assets is secure and they won't touch it, but it's definitely not true. Now I've sent them many emails but no response, who can help????

Circle.com is a total scam.

Circle.com is a total scam.
They ask for confidential information that is not required in any business, not even in regulated financial institutions and once they "verify" your profile, they try to charge you additional fees for "helping you to set up your business, unwanted, and then they have a "problem" paying your funds.
Which results in a loss for the user but nothing else.
Sorry to have fallen for these scammers and lost some USD 1,200 , but as a warning to all others, STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Circle-Centre-Coinbase bunch of criminals

Circle, centre, coinbase is a group of scammer, stealing money from people by tricking them to deposit their hard earn money into the usdc account.
I sent 500 usdc from my personal wallet into the coinbase account. Using QR code reader ( from mobile phone to ipad)
The QR code was intentionally formatted different than it usual. The result is the 500 usdc landed in the usdc creator smart contract which is Centre. From March to October. The final email I got. They said they won't return the usdc for me. What kind of company Or crimoney are they?
Idk why the US government still have not touched this Rouge company and make them pay for what they did.
I guess these are the crime organizations. I hope you read this review and stay away!

But they have not. Its a disgrace. A reading I did not have charged on my account. Don't leave card on to stop this happening.

They just outright STEAL your money!...STAY AWAY FROM!..They've NEVER been good!

Had a little BTC on the old Poloniex system. Was notified by Poloniex that the money had to be removed from their platform by Dec. 2019. This I did, transferring my little bit of BTC to my Circle account. When I went to try and withdraw it, they wanted my bank info in order to complete the transfer. Don't know why, as years ago I provided my bank information so they should have already had it. So, it's gonna be a $30 hit for the transfer. My monies were only about 27 dollars converted from the little bit of BTC. So, I left it there. The new year rolls around and here I find out Poloniex and Circle are now Poloniex/Circle and utilizing the original Poloniex platform.I start getting emails again from them to withdraw my money. I get back on what is now the Poloniex/Circle platform and find that I only have .09 USDC which is a dollar. I scramble around the web trying to find the Circle website where my little bit of money should still be. It doesn't exist. So, I guess, either does my money.

Truly awful customer service

Truly awful customer service. I opened an business account and they canceled my initial wire transfer because they claimed they cannot support banks that require FFC (for further credit) payment instructions. That info was nowhere in the poor instructions they provide. So they kept the $5 I had wired as part of a $50 fee!

Then, I sent another wire from another account and duly added all the information. Chase confirmed the wire was received by Circle's bank and I was able to see that all of the correct info was there. 8 days later, not only have they failed to "find" the wire, but they don't even answer any of my inquiries.

I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
