Registered an account a week ago, account suspended after receiving first payment and then terminated without explanation

Very very bad experience....players have change by app...
App is not up to dated....

Quality Service. Felt like i needed to leave a review here because it's so negative. Only time i have issues with the app is when withdrawals goes down but that only tends to be for a few hours or until the following day. Been using them since 2016

This company/app is the worst thing to ever come. I transferred my paycheck into my Circlepay while my new debit card came in. Now that my debit card came i wanna transfer out. This has been going on since the 2nd of april it's now the 4th. I have bills to pay my rent which i had to pay on the 1st and its not the 4th and i just got my eviction notice to pay or leave. I'm still not able to transfer out i've emailed customer service about 100 times and i'm not lying. When they did respond it didn't help at all. I'm still accumulating late fees from other bill as well because i'm still not able to transfer out. Honestly this is the worst app ever.

AWFUL!!!!! Locked my account randomly with my funds in there. Says will take 3-5 business days but it has been over 3 weeks now and I have had no response to my emails. Vile vile vile! Extremely appalling when you need your money! Thieving isn’t the word!!!

To bad there's no option for zero stars. People need to see this BEFORE they sign up. Absolute joke of a service and tbh the fact they don't have a phone number or live chat should have been my first clue.

Signed up as I've had issues with PayPal in the past and though this might be something better as I regualerly send funds from the U.K. To the USA. First few transactions of £5/£10 went out fine and withdrawals were instant and I wasn't pretty happy.

Suddenly I deposit £60 to send to my friend abroad and BOOM "your account is under review" within seconds. Apparently these reviews take 1-3 working days but now it's 11 and accounting and STILL nothing. Only the occasional email from either Jack or Daniel saying to Be patient. Based on what's I've read on here this is very common and everyone in a similar position to me has lost their money.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID CIRCLE PAY. Scammers and theives. It's just not worth the hassle.

Like many people on here, my money was taken by circle after they randomly closed my account and refuse to reopen it. There is no other method of contact besides email which they take forever to respond to. My money is gone.

I found circle great until I lost my phone. How do I change my number. I don't have any photo I.d .
Why is there not just somewhere to go to update your details

HAS ANYONE FOUND A PHONE NUMBER OR SOMETHING BESIDES AN EMAIL. I HAVE BEEN UNDER REVIEW FOR TWO WEEKS NOW CANT CASH OUT. VERY ANNOYING WHEN DEPENDING ON THAT CASH.

Circle had a system problem making my withdrawals of cash constantly return ! The continued for two days ! The site promices money within the hour and simplicity! 3 days on I still can’t withdraw my cash ! As they put my account into review! Because of my constant attempts to withdraw! Every 24 hours they send automated responses! With no help
Looks like it’s going to be a week plus before I see my money!!!!!! Nothing simple or instant about them with zero cumster help

Great app better than all others without a doubt.

Excellent app people who have trouble with the app don’t read guidelines.... to put it short and simple it’s the best money transfer app out there. Venmo, Cash App and PayPal don’t even come close I’ve used all of them and circle is hands down the best of them all.

Thieves. They will take your wire transfer and keep it. I suspect fraud. Im sure the SEC will see it soon. Do not send them your hard earned money, unless you are in a giving mood.

Great app, nice and secure and easy to sign up to!! Highly recommend. Not had any problems with it in the 5 months I have been using it.

I locked myself out of my account recently. There was a very minimal balance but having to find a new facility would have been such a faff.

When I was asked for photo ID etc to reset my account I was concerned, as I had none. It was then that I came on here and saw the negative comments and was sceptical about getting things sorted.

As it happened I was very pleased with the outcome, service and time frame in getting things up and running again. From my personal experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending this site.

I was mugged and nothing was done.

Basically, I got mugged and my phone was unlocked when they took it and proceeded to take money out of my Circle account to another address. I wanted to report the address when I got control of it later, but there's no real way. You have to send an email to have even a chance of refund. I did, explain the situation and then was met with "once a transaction is made, we can't refund. You can ask the person to give your money back."

Obviously this wasn't good feedback as I had the money taken from my account by someone who stole from me. Money hasn't been reversed. Account sent to hasn't been shut down. Awful customer service.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. My complaint is exactly the same as most others. I sent money, but for some reason, the payment was stopped. My circle account showed that the money was there for me to cash out. When I attempted to do that, they had "to review my account and verify my identity." I got an email requesting who I was sending money to and if I knew the person and if I was purchasing goods/services and if so, what were they. I responded that was none of their business, just give me my money back. I received an email this morning asking for a "selfie" and make sure it is very clear, and a very clear, legible picture of my Government issued ID. Of course, I am not sending that. I emailed telling them off and that I would not send that information. After I sent that email, I checked my bank account and there is a pending charge for the same amount! Not only will they not refund the money that I sent, but they are trying to take more! I called my bank and reported the charge as fraudulent. There is no phone number on their website to call them. Email is the only communication and it is obvious that they are scripted emails.

DO NOT TRUST THEM OR USE THEM!!!
