They took close care during an important, if not sometimes difficult, process. I was also handled carefully by their reps on the phone throughout the several steps. Funding is a tricky thing with many hoops to jump through but CircleBack made it painless.

The loan process was relatively simple. The usual basic info asked of you as to be expected,along with a few additional verification steps online and on the phone. Otherwise,pretty cut and dry. There were quite a few hoops to jump through but I appreciate that they are going over and beyond to ensure the person requesting the loan is the actual person and not someone trying to steal your identity. I was able to apply and get an answer back with the funds in my bank in a week which will save me a ton of interest and everyone I had contact with was respectful and friendly.
