Resort fees are definitely contributing to this review. These mandatory charges not included in the room rate raising overall costs drastically is causing frustration. They charge like $50 per night in resort fees. This kind of lack of transparency needs to be addressed by the Congress!

Worst hotel ever - do not stay here.
Got bitten by bed bugs on the first night they were all over my arms, neck, face and back. I was there for a wedding and I looked and felt a mess! No compensation or apology offered. Room was changed but then new room not cleaned at all! When I complained they said rooms are only cleaned upon request and can't be done every day! This is disgusting all hotels at least empty bin, change towels and clean bathroom every day. No wonder there are bed bugs. Lack of cleanliness was the worst thing but also staff very unhelpful and rude would not deal with my complaint re bedbugs during stay so chasing this up now. Also, no restaurants open during stay only fast food half of which closed by 2pm and mostly were not vegetarian friendly. Advertised as circus shows every day every 15 mins. This is a lie these are only on at weekends and only a few shows per day u didn't get to see any and this was half the reason u booked the hotel. 2 pools but only 1 open at one time which meant always overcrowded and noisy. Horrible experience there wish I'd gone elsewhere. Please don't make this mistake because it is cheap (ish).
