I was charged for "Site Migration, SEO, Google Search & Indexing." What I got was an average looking 4 page site that after nearly 4 weeks of submission to Google indexing, would not rank in search results. at all, anywhere, not even if you searched for the actual domain. Cirrus Design Studio, blamed Wix, Wix blamed Cirrus. Cirrus then suggested I pay £300 per month for Google Ads!, or buy another domain. I had the site checked, It had over 20 serious errors, from badly named pages, to H1 to H6 missing or incorrect, alt image tags missing,
to "processing error" on the page indexing in google search console. Long story short, I fixed the errors, corrected the badly named pages, now the site ranks, and is indexed correctly. Look somewhere else, If you want a website that people can actually find

I hired Cirrus Design Studio LTD for 2 projects: To repair an email address due to spam folder issues and to add an SPF record to the domain.
Initially the spam rate has been reduced from 60% to 20% but now raised again to 30%. So 30% of my emails to my clients are ending to their spam folder making our communication challenging and unprofessional to my clients.

To make things worse my clients from the past are replying to my emails from the past but are not coming to my inbox or spam folder or at least bouncing back, so they think that I am not answering to them (we tested in front of me).

Unfortunately, our communication with Cirrus design has been lost after paying the invoice, so now I need to hire somebody else to fix the problems.

The second more serious project was:

Regarding the Google Adds Marketing and after taking over was a significant drop in the first month (30 days after their involvement) by -36% on sales and -39% on bookings (by wix met-rics). These statistics were on 21/02/2023.
On 20/03, there was a further drop on sales -20% and bookings -9% (on top of February loss-es).
It was a dramatic catastrophe for my business. I had to spent 100s of hours with Google representatives to repair and to be eligible again. I can’t count the stress seeing my company shrinking and Cirrus Design to be vanished. Again ethos and communication very poor. They are not effective, they are not caring, they are not responsive to people’s needs and they are not well-led.

Great company to work with to improve our position in Google rankings. Gary and the team are a joy to work with - responsive, great communication, regular updates and reviews. All focused on conversions and return on investment and not simply more impressions. Every penny spent on campaigns is targeted on delivering results. Can't recommend them highly enough.
