CUSTOMER CARE ABSOLUTELY NON-EXISTENT
I telephoned to book my van in after receiving a Safety Recall letter. Despite living 20 miles away I was told I didn’t qualify for a courtesy car but I could have one if I paid £25. I pointed out that the error with the van was made by Citroen and not by me so I should qualify for a courtesy car for free and I did not expect to pay!
When I took my van in I was asked if I was going to come back for it and I said No I was going to wait. I was not shown the waiting area, I was not invited to use the coffee machine that the staff were constantly using so I didn’t know if clients could use it. I was totally ignored from the time of handing over the key and when the key was returned all that was said is ‘It’s done, and it’s out there’. There was no thank you, no goodbye have a safe journey home, absolutely nothing he just walked off.
They do not make you feel welcome and clearly do not bear in mind that it is the customers that come through their doors who pay their wages.
