Given our very negative experiences with another provider where we were always blamed, we ended up at Citrus3 with our radio station with more than 60 DJs. With the same internet connections and settings, same connection software BUTT etc a much better connection, better fuller sound without hitches. No problems with DJ-DJ transitions. Also better services. We are very satisfied with this switch. If we had immediately arrived at Citrus3, it would have saved us a lot of work and misery.

I am really pleased as we are getting more listeners than ever since switching last month. About a 200% increase in a month. I am unsure if it is the apps which citrus3 supplied or something else as we did not have apps before. Thank you team Citrus3 👍 I am also really glad to use their product as they supply truly unlimited bandwidth which gives us piece of mind as we grow that we will not be bombarded with extra charges. Easy 5 stars. 🤩

Just been asked to say a few words after using the helpdesk. Have been with Citrus3 since 2017 and could not be happier. We are very often in touch with the team if we need to make changes to our app or when we need help with new features. Their small team are as others say very friendly and always willing to help. We are using their MediaCP system with the SSL secured streams and the recent feature drop was amazing. The calendar which was introduced is now great as we can input via a visual system where we want our shows to start and end. It's really good. 5+ stars easily especially when you try some of the other cowboys out there like I did before switching to Citrus3.

Great service. They answered all my questions via pre sales and then set up the account quickly. It was a very simple order process via the website with plenty of payment methods available. We were up and broadcasting in about 15 minutes. I only wanted to use the autoDJ feature and so I uploaded my mp3s and placed them into a general rotating system and now my station is online and running around the clock. Matthew at tech support has been great during the Christmas break and helped me get set up with scheduled shows and running my ads and jingles at regular intervals. I have learned a lot and really enjoying the process with the platform. Overall the system is easy to use. The small team at their office is very friendly and easy to get along with. This started out as a hobby which I wanted to do just over Christmas but I can now see me doing this full time ans expanding.

understandably our original complaint and disgruntled non hapinness is now short-lived.
We are SOOOOOOO HAPPY with the upgrade to the new service and new platform we have been upgraded to beyond belief...although we have had to learn the new platform inner workings our team are now completely confident that this system from citrus3 is robustly so robust we NOW don't think ANY OTHER internet station can come close....

Admittedly we have lost business owing to no service but now business has slowly started to come back owing to the SUPREME QUALITY AND SERVICE we are now receiving .....
thanks for taking the time to restore our faith and confidence in a UK business that has now proven to be beyond the confines of mediocrity and global restriction...

We switched to Citrus3 just over a week ago for our community station in the UK. Just recieved the iPhone, ipad and Android apps. Absolutely fantastic support from Sam and James in the UK office. Great platform overall and well worth the spend if you want fast support and an increase of your listeners. Today we are finally setting up live calls 🤙

THE SERVICE IS GOOD BUT THE PLATFORM WAS A LITTLE BIT CONFUSING AT FIRST AND THEN RIGHT WHEN I GOT THE HANG OF IT THEY DO SOME UPDATE THAT HAD MY SERVICE OFF AIR FOR 48HOURS AND COUNTING THIS IS CRAZY IM SERIOUSLY THINKING BUT GOING TO 1 OF THE OTHER 3 COMPANIES I DONE LOOKED AT THAT HAS 5STAR REVIEWS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE. STAYHIGHRADIO WILL BE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS IS NOT WORTH THE HASSEL

Enjoying using the service, now i got my own radio station wow. Never had issues or bad day with Citrus.

I’ve had several radio stations running under my citrus3 account for 2 years. All running 24/7 with Apple and Android apps. I thought I would switch over to a different provider who claimed to have more features. Boy was I wrong. The choice I made could have not been worse. For starters I lost the amazing apps which citrus3 provided free under my plan. I took the faultless (easy to use) service which Citrus3 provided for granted. The other service’s control panel was full of bugs and the stations are so much more stable with Citrus3. All in all it is much better for our listeners. I also realised just how great the support office is compared to others. Citrus3 has a 24 hour SLA however they are usually much quicker. This is great in during the time of the pandemic. The Citrus3 control panel is much cleaner and more simplified and at the end of the day the listeners have nothing to do with the control panel. The listener hears the music and Citrus3 delivers the best audio quality compared to anyone. There is zero buffering and their global network has never let me or my listeners down. Great platform for anyonr looking to broadcast online.
