Great Epos system

Integration between till and website works really well. Auto sim makes life a lot easier, making it quicker to get products on your website in bulk with minimum effort. The support team are always really helpful no matter how small or large the problem.

Customer service. Real people and quick to respond.

The reason I went with them was the customer service aspect. I have not had any issues when I need to reach out. Plus the onboarding was very helpful and responsive. Generally happy with the rest of the system and setup of it. Definitely some small things that I wish were different but if I have an issue they are always quick to respond and try to help me sort it out. For a small shop with only myself here it really helps to have a real person to communicate with when I need it.

Onboarding Experience

The onboarding team provided exceptional support throughout the entire process. Their expertise in each area was evident. Nate, in particular, dedicated countless hours to ensure everything was ready for our go-live date. The training team created a comprehensive plan and trained our entire staff, even assisting with the go-live scan.

The support didn’t end there—whenever we encountered issues, they were readily available to troubleshoot and help find resolutions, making it a continuous process of improvement. Finally, our website design and online store beautifully convey our brand identity and the brands we represent, creating a unique and cohesive experience.

Onboarding, Very Positive experience

We've just finished the Onboarding process with Citrus Lime, The Team I worked with during the full set up process were amazing! A few hurdles along the way, but the help and support was great from start to finish. Training on all systems was helpful and regular so made the learning process that much quicker and easier! And project manager was great in keeping me up to date on everything going on throughout. I hope this level of service and support continues.

What started with a question 18 months…

What started with a question 18 months ago has led to us being with Citrus Lime for 12 months now and being the first store in Australia to use the software. The whole team have been a pleasure to deal with as we navigate customising the system for a new country. I would strongly recommend Citrus Lime to any bike shop looking to integrate all components of their business including E-Commerce. We have found the system super easy to use and feel that we are only scratching the surface of it's abilities.

I called in relation to a Invoice issue…

I called in relation to a Invoice issue for one of our customers. Chloe was Extremely helpful and talked me through the process from start to finish and she gave me some tips and fixed the issue straight away.
I would highly recommend the support team these guys are awesome!! and never disappoint Thank you.

Citrus Lime, we couldn't live without them now!!

We took over a bike shop and being new to the bike industry we were a bit naïve about how the bike industry worked. Coming from other industries we still find the bike industry a bit backwards, in that shops have to buy their stock upfront while the manufacturers have stock sitting in warehouses doing nothing when they could be sat in bike shops being viewed/purchased. Bike shops have to order 12 months ahead for bikes they think they might be able to sell and then pay for them upfront before they are delivered and potentially have bikes sat in their shop unsold, and as we have found it has put some shops out of business as their cashflow has stopped.

If you have a website how do you show you have stock for customers to order without actually having the bikes and having to spend thousands of pounds? How do you upload all the text, specs, images for hundreds of bikes, while trying to run your business without having to employ someone to sit there every day importing details onto the website?

You sign up to Citrus Lime and let their systems do it all for you, well, you let their systems do some of the work you still need to put several hours in. We were sold it as a bit easier than it actually is, but to be honest without Citrus Lime we wouldn't be where we are today, 18 months down the line we have been able to do online sales and that is all down to Citrus Lime and the fact we can advertise that we have bikes in stock when they are sat in the manufacturers warehouses.

We still have to do the yearly forecasts and order a number of bikes, but it gives us the opportunity to sell bikes we haven't actually had to pay upfront for and therefore improve our cashflow, it is a very tough balancing act, but with Citrus Lime it makes it a bit easier to balance.

Now whenever we are approached by new suppliers the first question is, "are you on Citrus Lime" and this is because we can upload their items onto the website in a fraction of the time it would take us and we can show items as being in stock for ordering when we haven't had to physically pay out for them, it is a WIN-WIN for us and the manufacturers/distributors.

In fact if they aren't on Citrus Lime we would try and encourage them to sign up to Citrus Lime as we have done with Bianchi because getting their bikes on the website is just too much work and it is stopping us from marketing/selling them as much as we are the other brands we stock. Hopefully, they will do it so we can start marketing and selling more of their bikes, that is how strong we feel about Citrus Lime.

After saying all of the above, Citrus Lime aren't perfect and we still have a few issues, but they are willing to sit down and discuss these issues and try to rectify them. I even had a face to face meeting with James and Euan in their Manchester office where they spent a couple of hours with me going through the back office and helping me with some problems I was having. They have a success team that basically become your marketing team, their support team becomes your support team, as we are finding out if we need help we just have to ask and they will give as much help as they can.

We still have a lot to learn with their systems as we don't use half of the functionality but we are learning more and more each time we use something new and I will be booking another visit to their offices as it is easier to sit face to face and have someone show you how to use it, rather than just over a phone call.

The above also applies, to clothing, accessories, parts etc...

A Citrus Lime review from Pritchards

I have been using CitrusLime for just over 5 years now and have built up a close relationship with the employees there, they're extremely helpful with any request i have whether it is needing help with a customers payment to development queries.

Bethany, has been our account manager since the beginning and I cannot recommend her services enough, she frequently calls for a quick chat to see how everything is going and if she can help. I have used several companies in the past for various services and account managers is just a title, not a service provided. They often keep in contact either in the beginning months or when the contract is close to being renewed, however this is not the case with Bethany.

If I am inquiring about any design work, I am quickly responded to and a date is set if I accept. The date is set and CL keep to it and the communication and support afterwards is next to none.

I highly recommend CL for their POS and eCommerce systems.
