Attention they sell transfer what does not take place I have booked a transfer for Istanbul I have not received confirmation for my collection although there was still enough time on email and messages will not be responded to probably stay on the costs

Edison, our driver was so amazing. He drove carefully and safely. He was professional and on time. He was very knowledgeable about the area. We highly recommend City Airport taxis. Ask for Edison.

Despite the fact that they state the driver would be waiting at the arrival gate for you, he wasn’t. My mum was left waiting at the arrival gate for 20-30min. Only to find out that the driver had been sitting in the car park the entire time.

He finally decided to show up only to then take an extra long route home which added a further 20-30min of travel time after being on the plane for 4 hours.

I would recommend get an uber. More reliable and at least you get what u paid for.

Taxi company rang at midnight to put pressure on us to pay another 250AED for transfer which had already been paid for, for a transfer at 6am.

Unable to reach anyone at the company on the emergency number, very disappointing will not use this company again.

Completely unacceptable

Booked a good few months ahead of time and price was great. Great communication on pick up and return and would use again without any hesitation. Nice guys driving too so all grand.

Good driver, on time and accommodating. Plenty of room for our luggage. But the aircondition in the car didn’t work properly, so it was a very warm drive mid day from Mataro to Barcelona.

Transfer wasn’t there to meet us at the airport, spent an hour searching inside and out, also no emergency contact number on the emails. The number on Google wouldn’t connect. Had to get an alternate way there at an additional €220!!!

Excellent on time friendly on time service

Absolutely first class in every way. Perfect communication every step of the way, delightful, friendly staff and meeting point and excellent cars which were immaculate. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We booked a one-way private transfer in Italy. This company took the money and never confirmed the trip. There is no email address, nor phone number on their website. I tried to contact them on the web form but never heard back. Then I dug out an email address from an internet archive of this website and emailed them. No response...until I posted a negative review and received an refund within minutes.

Overall a terrible experience. Please avoid.

All the emails said that the driver would meet us in arrivals at Bordeaux Airport and have a board with my name on it. He wasn’t there and messaged us to come to Express car park which had no signs and resulted in us trudging round the outside of the airport for 15 minutes trying to find him. When we got in, he was a good driver and the vehicle was very nice.
