As a first time Venice visitor I had no idea how to get from the airport to the hotel by taxi and boat… This is the all in one service… The taxi driver awaits you with a sign and hands you over to the boat captian at the Plz Roma who delivers you to your hotel… Absolutely perfect… Thank you so much…

The driver was very courteous. Lovely drive to the airport. I left my kindle on the back seat, rang him and he brought it to me.

From booking to travelling the communication was excellent. Easy to see how much you pay for the transfers and the different transfers available. When we arrived our driver was in arrivals and it was a very short walk to our car. The driver was very friendly and we arrived at our hotel in comfort. We were emailed 24 hrs before departure date and again the driver was on time and we arrived back at the airport and were dropped off exactly at our flight booking in desks. The cars were immaculately clean and well driven. I will use again when visiting the island.

Fantastic taxi service keeping me informed all the time ! We arrived a bit early and the driver WhatsApp me to say he was a few minutes behind to collect us with us being early which wasnt a problem and obviously wasnt his fault anyway ! The driver was a few minutes late to collect us on return due to a police check but again he text me to say this and then showed me his location . I will certainly use this company again ! Price for an 8 seater was fab !

They helped with the luggage and packed them.

I have used City Airport Taxis for numerous trips and it’s always spot on, price is very good and communication is perfect.

We booked the taxi for 0700 in Quarteira, Algarve and arrived at the designated pick up point at 0655, exactly the same time as the driver. Brilliant and many thanks.

Driver was informing us at advance very well. He was very helpful and friendly. The journey was quick and ok. The vehicles lights were not good at night time.

The entire experience was smooth and transparent. Our driver arrived on time at our chosen location and was so friendly to even stop for a few scenic photos on the way as we expressed interest in the area.

Our driver made the trip so worthwhile. He was on time and waiting clearly with a sign with my name. He knew so much about the areas we drove through and had us stop a couple times, once for a photo opportunity and once for a frozen lemon treat on the sides of the cliffs! Overall would not hesitate to book a driver here.
