City Wohnen is definitely the main and best company to rent a furnished apartment in Hamburg with. Mrs Strobel was very friendly and patient to keep us in the loop and send us offers as soon as they came up on the market for a period of almost 4 months. No matter if you speak German or English, the team is very well prepared and ready to help you. Their target is to find you a place to live that suits you the best.
I could totally recommend this company and I am sure anyone can find here a furnished apartment as there is a various range of types and prices to be suitable for anybody. Thank you City Wohnen and Mrs Strobel for your huge help in our flat hunting.

City-Wohnen: Great Service for Expats!
I cannot recommend city-wohnen.de enough! I think they do an excellent job for people like me who are new to Germany and do not speak German very well. The German renting market is extremely tricky for the outsiders. But on city-wohnen.de you will see a great selection of flats/houses under very reasonable conditions. The pictures on the website are accurate and informative which make the flat selection much easier. Besides that they have a wonderful and friendly customer-service. I should also add that it is one of those rare places in Germany where one can get a rental contract in dual languages (German and English).

Great service provided by city wohnen. Listings were clear and there were many options to choose from. Our representative Joana Moths-O'Niel was very kind in helping us narrow down on properties.
Rental process and handover was friendly and smooth as well.

Beyond perfect service
The service was smooth and great.. they have taken the burden off my shoulders before I arrive to Hamburg. The landlord was in the house to hand over the unit upon my arrival.
The apartment is exactly as shown in the images. Everything went buttery smooth. Thank you City-Wohnen and special thanks to Ms. Wiebke for the calls, arrangements and everything.

The whole process of the rental is quit easy and quick.I got a lot of recommendations from City-Wohnen and finally choose the apartment by pictures. All the information showed are all correct and the staff did a very careful handover of the asset with me and cleared everything out. What's more, I can also get immediate replies once I have questions.
