This product is okay, however, I can't say that it works as promised.
This lip plumper doesn't really add any plumpness, but it does feel pretty good and hydrating as far as a gloss goes.

I love their mascara but ... what a poor customer service! My order was sent to another address than the one entered. I notified City Beauty, they entered another order. I asked them to pay attention to the shipping address. Upon receiving shipment confirmation of this replacement order, it was again indicating the wrong address. Notified them again, it was confirmed various times by CS that the address was updated and I would receive my order at the address I entered. But it was not, it was again delivered at another address than the one I entered and which is stored in my account.

I have tried several lip products that claim to last a long time and some that claim to have a plumbing effect. None of the others have a lasting effect. I don’t notice or necessarily need a plumbing effect. City lips lasts for hours without the need to reapply. It stays through my morning coffee.

I use this clear lip gloss at night to keep my lips moist. It works better than several other products I've tried. The only drawback is sometimes I'll get a hair or fuzz stuck on it because it is very sticky.

Expensive for Canadian residents!
Whenever I order I, I never encounter any issues. The only negative thing is that your products are not sold in Canada. It makes for a really expensive lip gloss so I always wait for them to go on sale at 50%. I would love to try your skincare but it would be too expensive with shipping and all.

I love City Lips and use it daily. I have many of the colors, but my favorites are the sheer peach/brown and the pink shades. While they do transfer to cups and straws, they last a LONG, LONG time. Great to apply before bed to wake up with plump, moisturized lips. They are pricey, but I appreciate the bogo sales and use those to stock up for myself and for gifts. I don’t know what I’d do if these were discontinued as nothing else compares.

I love the lip products I’ve gotten from City Lips. I no longer chew dried skin off ( gross, I know). I started with the gloss and then tried the night oil. Both are fantastic products that I have ordered multiple times. The one time I had a shipping issue, the team was responsive and shipped my order out again. No problems.
