Second time using this company and second time absolutely delighted with the service , quality and pricing.....very friendly customer service especially Stewart who priced and measured and Pat who fitted the blinds....thanks guys !

Received first class service today from Ross Elder,today fitted our blinds very quickly and efficiently,cleaning up behind him,couldn’t fault him or city blinds excellent in all aspects from start to finish

Extremely happy with my new shutters fitted today by fitter Ross Elder. It was a long wait partly out of City Blinds control due the Carona Virus and shipping regulations but well worth the wait.
Would highly recommend from my first visit to the sales room, the sales rep who came out to measure up. Michelle & Jennifer who I chatted with keeping me informed to when my shutters would be delivered.

Very pleased with service from ordering through to fitting and also the speed that adjustments were carried out by pat who fixed small cord problem....would use and recommend city blinds

2nd time using city blinds. Didn't disappoint. Salesman Stewart was very helpful and honest. He didn't try and sell us something we didn't want. The fitter Pat arrived as promised and fitted our blind in about 15 minutes. Once fitted, he took time to explain the new safety chain design and showed us how to open and close the blinds. Great service from the team at city blinds again.

Initial visit to Dennistoun showroom, survey and quote and the shutter installation by Ross Elder and James Brown were all good experiences.

Had a bit of a delay due to Wuhan Virus slowing down imports but that's out of their control. Installation date organisation could have been slicker.

Shutters are very good quality, fit is excellent. Recommended

Chris who installed them did a great job , he was very informative and answered all my questions. He never left any mess and took all the packaging away with him which was another bonus !
They were definitely worth the wait !

Ross Elder fitted my new shutters yesterday (14th of February). He was friendly and chatty, worked hard and did an absolutely excellent job. Everyone is remarking on the fit as well as the look of the house. I cannot thank both Ross and City Blinds enough. I know everyone has had a hard time due to the situation in China with the shutters, but in the grand scheme of life a small delay is nothing and not the fault of the company. Thanks Ross for a great job done and thanks City Blinds once again for all your help.

He would be in 15 mins so I was kept up to date with the fitting time’s and the shutters look great, after fitting Chris talked me through operating the shutters in detail and then offered to clean up any mess after wards but there was none. Well impressed with the delivery and the communication During a difficult time with the orders abroad with the current virus situation! City blinds done great!

Just had our new blinds fitted by Gordon, first class service from him and the team from start to finish. Very pleased.

I have had two bay window shutters fitted this morning by Chris. What a polite and pleasant young man he is. I am really pleased with the shutters all fitted in a morning and look great from outside as well as indoors. No more taking down curtains etc which as I get older requires help from the family, so they will be pleased as well.
Would imagine this may add value to the property.
Also appreciated the email from owner Danny as there was a slight hold up due to the problems in China.

Really impressed with City Blinds from start to finish. Both the salesman and the fitter were excellent - very friendly and nothing was a hassle. Will definitely use again!

Had my blinds fitted today but my order was missing 2 blinds very disappointing. The fitter was excellent and tried to resolve the situation to the best of his ability cannot fault the fitter but disappointed with city blinds.

Just had our new blinds and pelmet fitted by Andrew first class service. We have a problem with our lounge window since we moved to this house the lintel is bowed. Andrew was excellent he advised us on a solution to this problem and advised us on the products that would suit and hide this problem. Have phoned City Blinds in East Kilbride already and made appointment for one of their blinds specialist to come out. First class service from start to finish

Excellent Service. Had James out to fit our blinds on Monday, he was very friendly, had the job done in no time and even went out of his way to help fix a broken blind in another room! Thank-you, highly recommend
