Extremely disappointing experience



Extremely disappointing experience, I was massively overcharged.

I was quoted a low price over the phone, but when the technician arrived, the price increased by five times just to unlock the door. On top of that, I was charged around 20 times the retail price for the lock itself.

This kind of pricing is completely unacceptable. The price quoted over the phone was nowhere near what I was eventually asked to pay, and I felt seriously misled by the lack of transparency.

I have already filed a complaint about this experience. I would strongly advise others to get a clear, written quote before agreeing to any work and to check the price of any replacement parts beforehand.

I do not recommend this company.
