Great trip out to the iconic statue with a climb to the Crown.

Very nice going up to the narrow stairs inside the statue of liberty.
The view from the crown is beautiful also if the windows are small.
Only 500 persons per day can go up to the crown, you have to book this visit more or less two months before.

I didn't receive any e-tickets or confirmation. I bought 4 tickets on September 29th for 73,09 euros: 2 Adults 2 children under 16.
Could you please send me my package or service by e-mail : pierre.jacquemart.fr AT gmail.com

Everything was prompt from purchasing the tickets to the actual visit itself. There were lots of signs and schedules everywhere that led to a very stress free experience. Great experience taking my mom to see Lady Liberty and the museums!

Online reservations were fairly easy to set up, and the website had very good information on how to get there, how early to arrive, etc. Personnel were quite knowledgeable and helpful as well. The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island are two very high profile national landmarks that everyone should see.

The cruise was ok, I just thought the way you expect people to board on and off the steep ramp was a little bit ridiculous. It was difficult for able bodied people let alone disabled.
I know these cruises have been operating for years, surely someone could have seen that a purpose built gangway would have been a solution.

Our trip to see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island was great. My mom has some mobility issues and the crew were all extremely helpful and made sure getting on and off the vessel was safe and easier for her.

Purchasing tickets, arriving, initial boarding and arriving at the statue all went smoothly. However, being that we got an early 9 AM ticket I did not realize that my whole day would be taken at this experience. After taking the ferry over to Ellis Island, I had no idea what would be in store for us waiting to get another ferry to get back to Manhattan. The line was extremely line long, in the sun and continually fairies hardly left anyone off, allowing for only a few people to get on. Unlike Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty, that had organized lines with supervising employees, Ellis Island was unsupervised in the line. As the line grew deeper and deeper and more crowded people started cutting in line ahead of others, and as each boat arrived, and everyone realized we were not going to get on the boat people started pushing, at one point I needed to get out of line to use the restroom and when I did, I saw a group of employees standing in under an umbrella chatting away. I was very angry because they should have been spread out, monitoring the crowd. At one point in the line after being in it over an hour indirect sun during the month of July, two women had to sit on the ground, and people share them with maps, etc. that is unacceptable and unsafe your company should provide a shade cover and have more employees with supervision to make sure that those employees are doing their job. That was dangerous. When our group approached the front of the line waiting for the next boat, you could hear the stress in the employees voices because they could feel attention in the pushing in the line. They were stating that if everyone didn’t stop pushing, they would be unable to load the boat. This is completely the fault of your company. And my whole trip to New York I did not experience anything like this on any of the activities I purchased. By the time my family got back to Manhattan at 4 PM. We missed our next event and we’re so tired and thirsty and sunburned that our day had to be cut short. We had to go back to our hotel to rest and begin to feel better.
