I very much regret getting keratin treatment here.
I paid 1732 DKK expecting smoother, straighter and healthier hair, but in my experience the treatment did not deliver the result I was promised! After the first wash, my hair remained wavy while also feeling extremely dry, stiff and tangled. The colour of my hair was also noticeably affected.
Just to note that I have done keratine treatment many times over the years in a different salon and never have gotten such a result before.
I contacted the salon with detailed explanations and photographs and asked for assistance. After receiving no response for several days, I sent a follow-up email. The only reply I received came after I mentioned that I might leave a review and contact consumer authorities if the matter could not be resolved.
Rather than addressing my concerns, I was told that mentioning those options was “threatening”. I then replied, explained my position, and again requested a solution, refund or compensation. Since then, I have received no further response - at all.
To me, leaving a review and contacting consumer protection authorities are normal consumer rights when a dispute cannot be resolved directly. I have now in submitted a formal complaint and am awaiting the outcome.
