Returned my keys attatched to their security mechanism making them unusable
I signed up for keyholding just in case I was ever locked out. They autorenewed and put up my fees up so I asked to cancel and return my keys to me. When they returned my keys they still had their security tag on them which is huge and impossible to cut off. It's just sour grapes. They are very expensive keys and should have been returned to me in the same condition I sent them. I have subsequently signed up with another key holding service at a fraction of the price with no call out fees. I regret having ever used this company and definitely would not recommend them.
