Very strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs - I bought an ‘anti-theft’ backpack from them after believing their glossy online advertising. It’s definitely anti-theft ok but only because it fell to pieces so quickly that it would make it very unlikely that anyone would want to steal it. The zips came apart, the strap mounts fell off and the seams started to unravel within a month or two of purchase. The item received was very definitely not the one I ordered so obviously they just take your money and fob you off with a different and totally inferior product that doesn’t last. And don’t bother emailing them to ask for a refund - I did so and got an reply which denied that my order was on their system, after I sent them the full details of the order they simply ignored me. A shameful inferior product and a shameful company with zero customer service. And it looks like my experience is not the first either. Avoid CityOdyssey - simply avoid, they should be shut down.

I have bought from them the "Anti-theft laptop backpack", advertised as elegant, and top notch. The photos were showing the beautiful backpack of high quality poliester fabric, with smooth surfaces, which suggested that its walls have some kind of semi-hard shell or hard padding, What came a month later from some no company name storage building address in California, was the cheapest and ugliest piece of junk I ever saw. Awful poliester fabric, no semi-hard shell at all (the photos were picturing completely diferrent product, or they put some boxes into it for taking pics, so the surface looked as a smooth and semi-hard). The big patch of terrible quality faux leather at the bottom part of the backpack, and chemical smell topped my awful experience with them. Tried to get my money back through PayPal complaint, but this attempt failed, as PayPal responded, that the item was delivered to me, so they won't repay the price I paid. Lost $40.
Never ever again I will buy anything from CityOdyssey, and other portals related to the same company! (they probably have few others too)

Wouldn’t buy anything from them again. Bought a shaver which has gone faulty after 3 months. When I emailed them they said they couldn’t do anything about it because it was outside the returns period. When I challenged this they just didn’t bother replying at all. Bunch of cowboys, don’t bother.

They send damaged dial watch & didn’t respond well.

Received the package that was a birthday gift so late when i got it it was open , damaged and unacceptable. the company did very little to fix the problem and since it was a gift it was the most embarrassing thing ever. never again will shop from this website

They gave me the wrong colour for a bag I purchased and insisted that it’s the right colour. Anti-theft bag quality is not as what’s advertised and strap is short. Rejected my request for refund upfront. I will never purchase from them again.

CON ARTISTS. Do not even think about buying from this company. The bag they advertise is not the one you get through the post. When you ask for help they fob you off even when you supply them with the evidence they ask for. So do not waste your hard earned cash with this poor excuse of a company. They do not deserve to be in business. I have proof of everything I say in case anybody feels this is just a hate or trolling review.

This company is GARBAGE! Do not buy anything from them! I Purchased an AC adapter with multiple plugs and a little tray to put myself phone on. I ordered three of them two of them broke. One of them was completely defective and did not work at all. When I contacted the company about getting a replacement or a refund all they did was give me the runaround and it took him months to reply to me. They asked me to send them pictures which I did and then they said that didn’t prove that the devices were not working. This company is a load of crap absolutely the worst and the worst customer service. I hope they go out of business!!!

My wife bought a 3 way security leather bag from this company & ordered in Grey. A Beige coloured bag arrived. After sending photos & asking why the incorrect colour, we were advised that we received the correct order. This is despite their order confirmation stating Grey.

Would never purchase from them again & suggest others be careful.

They advertise with a backpack with premium leather, but in real it is rubbish. Customerservice said this is not a valid reason for refund the money.
I wrote to the European Customerservice to report this company ad fraude. Hope they will stop this company delivering rubbish.

DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Products are not premium leather. Instead polyester. Absolute fraudulent company.

I wish I had looked up this company before I made the purchase. I agree with the reports that have been listed up here so far. Over 3 weeks ago, I paid for 2 bags (premium leather three way anti-thief women's backpack) that I still have not received. If I don't hear from them in the next week, I will report them to BBB and will work with PayPal to dispute the payment.

A company that charges and don’t deliver. It’s customer support email doesn’t exist or is undelieverable. Provides a tracking number that cannot be tracked.

Ordered my bag 7/29. Almost three weeks later, haven’t received it yet. Customer service says it is in transit, but they don’t know where it is or when it will be delivered. They were good at answering my inquiry, but I am not pleased with the delivery time.

Have got the backpack but is totally different than advertised. They refuse to give money back...

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!. Saw a product advertised by them in June to purchase a USB rucksack with bottle holder and pockets at the back. After taking almost a month to arrive - what was sent had NO bottle holder, or rear pockets - totally different to what was advertised. Despite being sent pictures, they refused to accept responsibility and have ignored refund request. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

Do not buy from cityodssey.Sent fictitious emails and generic answets to my questions. Bought on 3/07/19 took money on 4/07/19 .Wont answers now amonth later tracking number invalid?...

Dishonest company. Advertised a bag, looks great but when product arrived it was nothing like the advert. They will not accept refunds except for damaged or defective goods and will not accept that this item is defective as it doesn't do what the advert says it does. Terrible company.
