Myseslf and my friend with our spouses has taken a trip to Turkey through Cityone Trours & Travels. Their partner there in Turkey is very disorganised and arragont because of this our trip turned out to be a nightmare for us. On the fsecond day of the tour, as per our itnerary we suppose to visit Princies Island. One driver came to our hotel to pick us at 7 AM and dropped us at the ferry station and there was nobody to take care us and after so many calls both to local guide and City. One Tours, and Travels, Dubai office we finally boarded on the ferry around 11.AM. On our return also we have to wait more than one hour for the ground transfport to drop us at our Hotel. On 13th April as per our Itenerary we flown to Cappadocia, we landed at the Kayseri Airport but they send the driver to Nevsher Airport whih is fan away from the Kayseri Airport. Again after so may calls both to their local partner and Dubai we havev to wait at the ariport about two hours and finallly they said they cannot arrnge the transportation. We don't have any other option othern than highering a taxi to the hotel which is around 80 KMS from the aiport. We have spent USD 72/- from our pcket for this. Intially their representative Mr.Ajmal promised to get the refund for the same, but after many follow up by my friend there is no response from their end.

Cityone Tour's and Travels doesn't have a proper parter there in Turkey and suggest you not to take Turkey trip package from them.

My Europe trip organized by priyanka and she arranged very well and she was keep doing follow up as well .
Definitely i will suggest priyanka and city one tour they r going beyond the boundaries too satisfy and give best services to their customer’s .

Excellent service, great coordination on-site as well as from the operations. Priyanka Mathew was extremely supportive right from the planning , throughout the 5 days we were in Kenya. She and her team in Kenya ensured that everything was seamless & we didn't suffer any inconvenience. The hotels, safari guide Paul and even the safari vehicle was excellent. Each detail was handled very well.
More holidays to come with Cityone. Keep up the amazing work.

City One Tourism & Travels organized a very good trip and itinerary with professional tours guides and great selection of hotels. All that was mentioned on the itinerary was duly fulfilled. I must say it was just amazing. The hotal stay, transportation and the guide services were excellent. The guide Mr. Al Mir has a lively personality. in fact he helped us in each and every aspect of the tour. The only thing I would advise to the new visitors to take the electric switch adopter with them for mobile charging, as the available switches in the hotel rooms are of different type.

Nimit Joshi and the team were very professional, supportive and organized. We had so much fun. Thank you so much for a unique experience.
