Very good experience

Very good experience. Prompt help and clean well kept home. There was an issue with the door lock however we managed to solve this and staff were very prompt in responding and wanting to solve the issue

It ticks all the boxes!

The apartment was so conveniently located, a couple of street away from Bond Street shopping. As it’s on Harley Street is very close to all the clinics there, ideal for those going over to London for surgery etc. Apartment itself was very clean, modern, had every appliance you would need. When we meet the agent to check-in he spent a lot of time giving up tips and advice of what to see and do in London, this made the stay feel a little more personal, we definitely appreciated that! We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in London!

I had the pleasure of staying in this…

I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely, comfy abode for my first visit to London. The stay was on a lovely cobblestone street which gave it such a cozy ambiance. It had the necessary amenities needed for a satisfactory time. This location is also in the beautiful neighborhood of Little Venice, close to many shops and easily accessible via public transit both in and out of the location.

The host was very responsive as well! There was a power outage overnight and responded in minutes with a fix that worked in no time! For any first time visitors to London, I highly recommend this stay!

Absolutely amazing apartment in London

Absolutely amazing apartment in London. Communication was great via WhatsApp and were had a guided tour around the apartment with contact number for any difficulties. Given the heat the fans were on ready. It was spotlessly clean. All amenities and spacious for a 2 bed apartment. Will look at using these guys again.

Amazing managers Saadiqah & Carlyn

Saadiqah & Carlyn were very helpful in finding a flat and signing a lease as I was in a different country up until the move in date. Everything went smoothly thanks to their support.

Perfect location to be close to…

Perfect location to be close to everything you could want in Wembley.

Comfortable space, beautiful balcony and great place to feel at home while you’re in the big city.

The host are lovely and supper accommodating.

10/10 we loved this location

Great location close to dining and shopping

Great location close to dining, shopping and tube station. Tower bridge is 20 mins walk away. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We stayed during a heatwave and hosts got us extra fans delivered at home to make our stay comfortable.Beds were very comfortable and house was equipped with everything we need

The apartment was fully furnished very…

The apartment was fully furnished very clean and the location was great also it had all amenities and facilities that we needed. We will definitely stay again. Thanks for the property team they respond very quickly whenever we needed them.

Good location and nice place but could do better in amenities …

The location is really great and the place is nice too but did not realise that it was a basement apartment so the big windows opened to nothing but walls. Was also expecting some basic amenities like coffee pods salt and pepper which are really basic and not a big ask.

We’re sorry to hear the layout of the apartment caught you by surprise. It is a lower-ground unit, which we do mention in the listing, but we’ll take another look to ensure that’s made as clear as possible for future guests.

Regarding the amenities: we do provide complimentary coffee pods and other basics like tea and sugar, which are stocked before each stay. If anything was missing, we truly apologise — that’s not our usual standard and we would have been happy to drop some off right away had we known. Apartment near Wembley

Apartment near Wembley - Perfect location for events at Wembley, area felt safe & quiet building.

Apartment itself was not great and not as advertised via the pictures...
Awful smell that stayed throughout.
All furniture worn / dirty / stained.
Marks / stains on walls, light switches.
Kitchen felt grubby, dish washer smelled vile.
Bed too big for master bedroom - unable to move to the other side of the room without performing a gymnastic routine.

Host extremely slow to respond - issue checking in (wrong key given at key pick up location - 7minute walk from apartment) and they would not answer my calls, all 37 of them, they would only communicate via text which as you can imagine was not ideal.
It took over an hour and a call to Air B&B to resolve. If we didn't have a child with us we would have left and found somewhere else to stay.
Host more than happy to pester for a review after checkout though.

It's perfect if you just want a place to sleep and are happy that you won't be helped in a hurry if any issue arises.

Cleanliness and condition: This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. I’ve already raised your comments with our cleaning and maintenance teams to investigate the issues you’ve mentioned — particularly the smell, furniture condition, and kitchen hygiene — and make improvements immediately.

Check-in and communication: I completely understand how frustrating the check-in experience must have been, especially with a child in tow. The key mix-up was a rare error, and I apologise sincerely that we didn’t resolve it faster. Your calls were not ignored intentionally — our team policy is to manage guest contact efficiently via the Airbnb platform (for traceability), but I fully accept that in this situation, a phone response would have been more appropriate.

Layout and furnishings: Thank you for the honest feedback about the bedroom setup. We’ll review the furniture positioning and room flow to see how we can improve usability.

While I’m disappointed that your experience was not a positive one overall, I do appreciate you sharing this in detail — it helps us identify exactly where to improve. If you’re open to it, I’d love to invite you back in the future to provide a much better experience.
