I shipped my computer from Greece Athens to Sweden. Everything went well, everything on time and the stuff was very helpful and stayed in contact with me until the end. A big thank you to City Sender for their patience and their cooperation with me!

My brother shipped with this company 2 boxes(labeled fragile) and 2 suitcases on the 22nd of September.
The boxes labeled fragile were handled as if they were actually "thrown of a cliff".
The items in one parcel were a computer and a monitor which were all bubble wrapped and stuffed with clothing(also before shipping all items were listed so the company knew which box has what in it).
All were shipped from Greece to Switzerland .
The worker at the pickup handled the "computer box" as a bag o trash throwing it on the floor to rearrange his truck space.
This was reported via email to the company and the email was never answered.
The items finally reached Switzerland broken (figures...).
We have sent an email to get a full refund on the goods that were destroyed.
Also will upload the pictures sent in the email that has requested the refund.

I've been using CitySender services for over 2 years now.
Being a regular customer, I use SitySender to send packages to Germany 6 up to 9 times per year. Excellent collaboration with the guys, no problem at all. They are always willing to help you no matter what the problem is.

The package request and payment was for next day delivery (local) and despite appointments for collection is was not collected by the end of the third day. We finally delivered it to the local office (ACS) ourselves.
