a ridiculous company their courier left an important package on a doorstep outside our company which of course got stolen
they tried to threaten us with bailiffs over the bill despite acknowleding liability then claimed nothing their couriers do they are liable for sans clause 11.3.10 any other special, indirect, Incidental or consequential loss.

What a nice surprise. Fabulous service.
The driver, Mark, was absolutely fantastic. He was happy, polite and asked where I could like my bags of gravel left. He used his trolley and put them in my front garden. It absolutely made my day. Thought I would have to move them myself from the street. What a nice man and a great service.
