We picked up our Car from Dalaman Airport on 10 June and dropped off on 14/06/2025 . The process was very easy and straightforward. The Car was very new and clean . AC was working perfectly and I connected my phone through Apple car play to Navigate . On arrival they encouraged me to buy extra insurance for 8 euros but I was very happy to buy this for extra peace of mind . They did not charge me any extra and there were no hidden charges . I would hire from them again when I visit Turkey .

Absolute scammers, ripped me of because i was a tourist and i arrived late. Paid 411 euros for a car that was listed online for 280 euros.

absolutely great car rental in Ananya Airport no problem no one forced me to pay extra very nice service quick and easy pick up of the car and just as fast return. no problems. additionally I asked for a lift to the second terminal which the gentlemen agreed to without any problem highly recommend honest professional people

I renter a car on their website from Sabiha Airport in istanbul and when i arrived to their office the office guy was rude and have no manners he cancelled my reservation because my driving license is renewed before one and half year and ask for old one where do i bring the old one he was mocking me , its bad company and scammers and gave my rent to a higher price

I had just used AVEC in Izmir; they had new high tech cars, great service, good prices. Cizli does that “here is a car with an empty tank, we won’t reimburse when you return it with gas.” Claimed it was in their website - anyhow, I try to avoid car rentals using that petty gimmick. Car was decent, basic year old. Service barely adequate; return guys smoking in yr face and taking their time. Checkout guy was all ready and nice. Rates a bit lower than avec, but they get you on the gas.

We rented Citroen car for a couple of weeks at Gaziantep location near airport.

Cons: front tires are not in a good condition, front tires were worn out, skid, squeak at turns making the car unsafe in certain conditions. I had to be cautious all the time thinking car could slip especially in hot weather when roads are hot.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Reception at airport was ok and quick, upon arrival at rental office the process was fast and easy. No hidden fees, no gimmicks, no nonsense. Pay, sign and take the car, after some inspections.
Low tire pressure light came on dashboard, immediately a technical support agent responded and instructed me to go to a gas station and check it out. All was good. Returning the car was even easier, stopped at the same Gaziantep office, a nice driver named Mehmet (Mohamad) drove us to the airport on same car with our luggage and that was it. Super convenient and straightforward process.

One thing to mention, upon receiving car the gas tank was empty. I noticed other people mentioned that. There’s a nearby gas station, so there’s no issue there. I returned the car with a little over 1/4 tank full. In my opinion it’s ok.

I will definitely do business with them again.

Everything went very well. The lady Firdevs at reception was very helpful. The car was great. The handover was quick and easy. Highly recommend

It’s non trustable car rental company…don’t believe on its online booking. I had worse experience of this Cizgi car rental company. I had booked my car for 5 days & paid money by credit card. On day of receiving car, this company cancelled my car booking without informing me or any message & given booking to other person @double price considering heavy demand & refused me to give even other any car @ same price because they were getting more money for same
We suffered a lot & struggled to get other rental car @ even higher price so please please neither believe on this company nor expect any updated message for cancellation of booking

We rented a car from Cizgi Rent a Car at Antalya Airport for a week, and this was one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had.

First of all, there was no windshield washer fluid — a basic thing that should be checked before handing over the car. Even worse: the tires were in terrible condition. The car was slipping in almost every turn, especially in bad weather, and made constant squeaking noises.

We had to drive for 5 hours through mountain roads and felt unsafe the entire time. Even though we drove carefully, it felt like something could go wrong at any moment. This is completely unacceptable.

We’ve rented from Cizgi before and were usually satisfied, but this time was truly shocking. A rental car should be thoroughly checked before being given to a customer, especially for crucial things like tires and fluids. That clearly didn’t happen here.

We are extremely disappointed and are starting to lose trust in Cizgi. Safety should never be compromised. This needs to be taken seriously.

I think this company has never been from the perspective of consumers. It unilaterally cancelled all the contracts, disrupted my travel plans, and made me spend a lot of money in vain. Their contact number can't be reached. I'm a foreigner and I can't contact them without Whatsapp. I've been to many countries to rent a car, and it's the first time I've encountered difficulties. Obviously, he has full insurance, but he refuses to settle the claim with insurance.. I think the car rental company deliberately confuses the liability for damages and lacks transparency. I have doubts about the legality and fairness of compensation. I really regret choosing this company. I feel like a clown

The customer service employee was extremely rude. We inquired about car rentals as residents of Turkey, but she responded unprofessionally and ended the conversation in the middle of our discussion. When we reconnected, the same person responded again, telling us that we could not rent a car and then abruptly ended the conversation once more. This is not about company policies; it is about how poorly their customer service representative treated us.

Their website allows bookings, but they might call to cancel if they don't consider you an ideal customer. If they're not going to accept all bookings made through their website, why waste customers' time by allowing them to book in the first place? When asked to explain the rationale behind this ridiculous behavior, they simply state that they prefer serving international tourists over locals. It seems they are specifically interested in international customers—hopefully, you won't have to find out why the hard way.
