C&J Marine: excellent products and excellent service
C&J Marine not only produces excellent products - I love my Contessa 32 sprayhood and canopy - but it also has an excellent service culture. Whilst fitting the grab handle (it needs drilling) I received excellent hand-holding from the 'Sales' department. This department comprises extremely helpful people (thanks Kate), ably led by a manager who was keen to ensure customer success to the point of asking me for photos of the finished job, and tips for improving the installation instructions. Both have been supplied by a very happy customer. Well done!!!
