Excellent customer service! One pair of shoes I ordered could not be fulfilled but I was offered a refund or alternative. I emailed back with alternative but some issue/delay occurred. CjM apologised and sent the shoes once received my email with very generous goodies included for my inconvenience. The process was easy. The shoes were so reasonable and perfect and the extras were amazing. Couldn't fault them. Thank you so much I will be back. More than pleased with the experience.
