I have just taken delivery of a new Cube e-mtb. Stephen and the staff at CJ Newcastle were absolutely fantastic, they gave me good advice to make sure I chose the right model. The bike was ready when I went to pick it up, it has been well built, everything is adjusted correctly and it works perfectly. I would highly recommend CJ Cycles.

Searched online for a specific bike and CJP were the best price by quite a way. Ordered with no issues and the bike was delivered to the other end of the country within a week. Excellent.

Recently bought a Cube Katmandu from CJ Performance Cycles. The bike was priced way below competitors, and on calling them, very friendly and helpful. Major issue with DPD over delivery, however, this had nothing to do with CJP, eventually meant me having to go to DPD delivery centre and insist they give me the bike. Highly recommended.

Don’t waste your time to try order bike with cyclescheme they refuse to sell bike on discount price , they ask me to pay extra 10 % and postage fees .

Took my faulty Haibike to the Byker store thay quickly diagnosed the problem got in touch with the manufacturer soon a new Yamaha motor was fitted the bike wasn't purchased from CJ performance but thay sorted everything out for me.

Brilliant service. I ordered a part online and it arrived promptly - but I had an issue fitting it, so I emailed for support via the online form. Chris called me straight back and when I didn't pick up, he emailed with clear and detailed instructions, which all worked out perfectly. Will definitely use again, in fact, I already did! I was looking for helmet and found that CJ had just the one I wanted among a great selection. The price was good and included 24hr express delivery. This company has a shop and is not just online and I will do what I will can to support them with future purchases.
