I actually decided to check CK Capital out after a not-okay experience I had with another firm and so far I'm enjoying the experience. Customer service is top-notch, the website is good, trading rules aren't bad as well. So I'd rate them with 5 stars.

HIGHLY recommend you stay well away from this firm. As soon as you click buy or sell your down 1% INSTANTLY. No spreads, No volatility, No News, CPI, FOMC Nothing.
When u make a ticket politely asking why this is happening they will tell you that your spreading misinformation and that it never happened (it happens every trade) If I was you I would avoid them in every situation you can. There's a reason the accounts are cheap because a 3R trade turns into 1.8R trade with the fills they give you. ALSO they have been faking reviews and offered me MONEY to write a fake review which i declined.

​The biggest red flag ever – Avoid at all costs!

​I highly advise everyone to stay far away from CK Capital. This platform is full of massive red flags.

​First of all, their customer support is an absolute joke. Whenever you submit a ticket, you get complete garbage back. Half the time it is painfully obvious they are just using copy-pasted ChatGPT responses, or you get the exact same generic reply stating that "the team is deciding on it."

​Second, the payout process is completely broken—if not a scam. They send out official payout emails, but the actual money never arrives. When you follow up and ask when you will actually receive your funds, the only response you get is a lazy "it's still taking some time."

​But the biggest red flag ever? If you actually manage to qualify for a payout, they hold your paid account hostage. You are forced to leave a positive review on Trustpilot or promote them on X (Twitter) and other social media platforms just to get access back to your account.
​This is highly manipulative, toxic, and unprofessional.

Save your money and your time.

Avoid this company.

CK Capital has been very responsive to any doubts or queries and help their customers as much as they can!

They are not providing any option for Raw spread/Commission free account options. Dashboard
is totally shit. support is totally shit, just give some nonsense rebuttals and then didn't reply back.
Slippage and spread in on a Raw Spread account (means they are charging fee on every lot and also spread is like a no commission account). I provided them SS but all in vain nothing from their side!

I have been waiting on a payout since the 13th of March for $2000. Every time I ask the question on what is happening I get the usual response of it’s being reviewed. My comments have also been deleted on the general chat. I don’t think I will ever see the payout and my account is frozen with them.

I’ve tried a few prop firms before, but CK Capital stands out. The platform is clean, and the trading rules actually make sense for real traders instead of feeling like a trap.
But the real highlight? Their support team is hands-down the best I’ve come across in this industry. When i had some questions every time I reached out, I got quick, clear, and genuinely helpful responses.
I’m really looking forward to working with them long-term and growing my account further. If you’re looking for a trustworthy prop firm with great backing, CK Capital is worth it. Highly recommend!

Best firm, best service, always thinking about traders.

First at all, I have to say I'm really disapointed with CK Capital. Not for it's support team tha apparently is a really nice people, not for prices, they are really good and afordable, but for payouts. I been waiting since may the 4th and been banned from chats and timed out from Discord twice, last time today, for 28 days. And all for saying what is happening, I complain about not benn clear with customers. So probably, I will not see my payout at all, but I recomend traders to keep away from this company

If you are looking to buy an account from CKCapital - DO NOT!

Let's clear a few things up:

1. 22 days since CKs last payout - check CKcapital Payout Junction! When this is questioned you will be told, they have never denied a payout and can take 10 working days for checks - yet people have been waiting for 9+ months for their payouts? Not paying is still denying in my opinion

2. When you ask why there are bad reviews in their discord you will be told they have been targetted by a few disgruntled traders - this is not the truth, everyone of these 1 star reviews is valid

3. Funded traders are seperated into a private chat - sounds great right? The reality people asking, pleading for a response from CK on where their payouts are and they are ignored, no response nothing, CK has isolated them and is now ignoring them, no payouts but yet THEY NEVER DENY A PAYOUT

4. Open a ticket when you have a question about payout, sure, then your removed from the main chat, stuck into the funded chat and will receive 'please be patient, we are working on it or no update' each time you ask about your payout in your ticket

5. If you want a promo/free account/just passed an account leave us a good review - majority of the positive reviews are from people that have never requested a payout or are faked, initially yes support maybe great but just wait till you want your funds.

6. Dan has stepped down, new CEO which will be making changes and getting everyone paid, instead of paying people I am sure he has told admin/mods not to reply to funded traders as even worse response in the funded chat then before

7. We soon aim to implement 48hour guaranteed payouts - this is the biggest bullshit lie, they have been saying this for over a year - each time someone questions they try to reassure with shitty promises that will never be upheld.

This prop is honestly where traders go to die, absolutely diabolical, embedded in lies, no communication and a shitty approach to funded traders, some of these traders have supported from day one and they get in return 9+ months of wait time, ignored, generic responses when they do get one and accounts that are disabled! How is any one trader suppose to do well with this prop, 9 MONTHS, DISABLED ACCOUNT, NO PAYOUT! You will be lucky to receive a payout a year with this firm if at all! And yes I am saying this all from first hand experience, I would never reccommend this firm to anyone and honestly think they should be shut down/cancelled its sickening.

Been waiting for a payout since October 2025, so about 9 months now... Been completely ghosted by them for about a month or so. Don't even bother buying any challenge... You won't get your money even if you pass. It's better to try more reputable firm not this sh?t hole. All the positive reviews are either fake or basically paid as users need to write a good review to receive a free challenge account.

I love the fact that they have different platform options to trade with and also they have raw spread and love there customer support

Guys believe me don't ever buy account from CK Capital even they're giving big offers. Think about it why did they wanna give big offers, this is because they want to trap your money. Everyone in the discord knows that they don't pay to all of the traders, they only pay small payouts to confuse others. Many traders have waited for above one years, and when you ask the staffs, they will only seen your message or ask you to wait patiently without giving a certain date. We all are still waiting, so y'all just better to not trade with this firm for this period.

Its a scam company, many traders denied payouts (just ignored not even denied) for months.. their support is on discord but guess what they banned me just because i asked them why it took so long to get payouts. Mine was one month pending when it should have taken 10 days as they advertise. You know its suspicious when they keep selling you accounts for 70% off constantly.. yet hardly pay any traders .. do your research (payout junction showed that they only paid once in June and that was only 300$).

a total of 600k in payouts in 4 yrs as a company is amazing. Hope this finds you before you make the same mistake i did.. im willing to share the screenshots of everything, its all documented.

CK Capital offers competitive trading rules and environment, despite being relatively new in the market.

Passed my 1st and 2nd phase of funding account but didn't got contract for a live funding account, it's been more than a month. I messaged and asked them for a contract but it didn't came. I have no hope anymore. Not gonna reccommend to anyone. Looks like a scam.
