I initially had a positive experience with CK Capital as my first withdrawal was processed within the expected timeframe. However, my second withdrawal of $2,894, which was supposed to be completed within 7 days, has now been pending for almost 4 months.

Despite repeated attempts to get updates through their support channels, I have received no clear explanation or confirmed payout date. Communication has been inconsistent and limited to chat platforms, with no formal resolution provided.

This raises serious concerns about the reliability of their withdrawal process and overall transparency. A delay of this length is not acceptable for any financial service.

I have now escalated this matter through my bank and relevant authorities.

If CK Capital wishes to resolve this, I would expect immediate processing of the outstanding withdrawal and clear communication.

Scam Practices – 45 Days Waiting for Payout, Then Rejected Without Reason After I Spoke Publicly

I want to share my complete and honest experience with CK Capital (@ckcapitaluk_) so that other traders can understand what actually happened to me before deciding to buy a challenge from this firm.

I purchased a $100,000 challenge account from CK Capital and followed their process like every trader does. I spent my own money to buy the challenge, traded carefully, and successfully passed Phase-1 and Phase-2.

During both phases, my trading activity was reviewed by their system and no rule violations or breaches were ever mentioned. I used the exact same trading strategy in Phase-1, Phase-2, and later in the funded account.

After passing the evaluation stages, I received my funded account and continued trading using the same strategy that had already been accepted during the evaluation.

Eventually, I generated profits and submitted a payout request.

My payout details were:

However, after requesting the payout, the situation started becoming very strange.

Days passed without any clear update regarding the payout. When I asked about my payout status in their Discord server, instead of receiving help, I was timed out for 7 days simply for asking about my payout.

After the 7-day timeout ended, I asked their support why I had been timed out just for asking about my payout status. A support member named Aigin said they were checking and would update me.

But the next day, when I opened Discord again to check if there was any update, I discovered something shocking: I had been timed out again, this time for 30 days.

So instead of getting answers about my payout, I was repeatedly silenced.

Another serious issue is that funded traders are not allowed to speak in the general chat in their Discord server. This means the public cannot see what is actually happening regarding payouts.

From what I observed, there were around 11 funded traders, and almost all of them had been timed out at least once for asking about payouts. Some traders had been timed out three to five times, and all are waiting months or even more than six months for their payouts.

Meanwhile, CK Capital and its CEO @wannabechamp DAN continued heavy promotion on social media, constantly advertising 60% and 70% discounts on challenges, encouraging new traders to buy accounts.

At the same time, they were repeatedly posting the same old payout certificates in Discord as promotion, even though many funded traders were still waiting for payments.

I also tried to contact them publicly on X (Twitter) about my payout delay. Instead of addressing the issue, both @ckcapitaluk_ and the CEO, DAN @wannabechamp blocked me on X, which made it impossible for me to communicate with them there as well.

Eventually, after 45 days of waiting, I received an email from CK Capital stating that my payout request had been rejected and my account had been terminated permanently.

The email did not provide any specific reason, evidence, or explanation. It only stated that my account allegedly breached their Terms and Conditions.

This is extremely concerning because I used the same trading strategy in Phase-1, Phase-2, and the funded account. If the strategy was acceptable during the evaluation phases, it makes no sense for it to suddenly become a “breach” only after a payout request was submitted.

Additionally, I had already been timed out and banned from their Discord, which makes it very difficult for traders to defend themselves or ask questions.

From my experience, the situation feels extremely unfair. I paid for the challenge, passed both evaluation phases, traded properly, generated profits, and requested a payout according to their rules.

Instead of receiving my payout, I was met with timeouts, bans, blocks on social media, and finally a payout rejection without explanation.

Based on what I personally experienced and what I observed happening to other funded traders in the community, I strongly believe that traders should be very cautious before purchasing a challenge from CK Capital.

There are many reputable prop firms in the industry that respect traders and process payouts transparently. It is always safer to choose firms with a strong and proven payout reputation.

My simple request to CK Capital and its CEO, DAN is straightforward:

Please provide clear evidence of the alleged rule violation, or process the payout that was legitimately earned.

Traders should never be silenced, timed out, banned, or blocked simply for asking about their own payout.

I waited 4 months for payout like most traders in funded chat, one day they DENIED my payout,booted me out discord and off website , no way to contact them such scammers. Conner was a racist in private Dm, and Dan doesn't care about hisntraders. Stay away

The quick responses from support is outstanding. I have been active in CKcapital discord group and not once have I heard payout denied from any of the traders. CKCapital is a great Prop firm.

This company is absolutely terrible. They have owed me money for over six months and still haven’t paid. Every time you try to get answers, they tell you to contact support — but here’s the problem: they banned me from all their communication channels, especially their main one, Discord. So there is literally no way to contact them or resolve the issue.

I know many other people who are in the exact same situation. This is not an isolated case. They simply avoid paying and cut off communication when you ask for your money.

In my opinion, this is a total scam. Please do not buy a challenge from this company. Save your money and stay far away.

I’m writing this as a genuine, long-term customer of CK Capital. I’ve been with the firm for well over a year and currently hold a live funded account, so this review is based on direct experience.

The primary issue is chronic payout delays.

CK Capital currently owes a number of traders profits that go back several months. During this same period, the firm has continued to run aggressive and prolonged discount promotions to sell new challenges. From an outside perspective, this creates the impression that new challenge sales are being relied upon to fund existing payout obligations — a model that is neither reassuring nor sustainable.

Discussion of payouts also appears to be actively discouraged. I was temporarily muted on the company Discord simply for commenting on payment delays, which suggests this topic is considered problematic rather than something to be addressed transparently.

To be fair, the firm presents itself professionally. Communication is polite, frequent, and apologetic. However, these communications largely consist of explanations for why payments are delayed rather than firm commitments on when they will be resolved. Promised timelines (7–10 days, then 48 hours after processing, etc.) have been repeatedly missed. These delays have persisted for well over 12 months, with no clear or final resolution.

This matters because many customers are new or aspiring traders. Some will have spent money they can ill afford on challenge fees, based on published payout terms. Waiting months for profits that were contractually earned is not a minor inconvenience — it can place people under genuine financial stress.

The firm is owned by Dan Cheung, who appears capable, articulate, and entrepreneurial. He maintains a strong public presence across YouTube, podcasts, mentoring, prop-firm affiliations, and lifestyle content that promotes success, payouts, and financial freedom.

This is where the contradiction becomes difficult to ignore.

It is problematic to promote an image of reliability, success, and large payouts — including payouts from other prop firms — while traders within your own firm are left waiting months to be paid. Whether intentional or not, this creates a clear disconnect between marketing and reality.

It also raises a reasonable question about focus and priorities. Running a prop firm requires operational discipline and financial stability. With so many parallel ventures and content commitments, it’s fair to ask whether CK Capital is receiving the attention necessary to meet its obligations to traders.

I don’t believe this is driven by bad intent. The apologies often seem genuine. However, intent does not override outcomes, and the outcome for many traders has been prolonged uncertainty, delayed payments, and repeated excuses.

I’m posting this review so potential customers can make an informed decision. Low challenge fees and polished marketing are appealing, but traders should be aware that payouts may not arrive within the stated timeframes and could take months. Until payout reliability is demonstrably and consistently fixed, CK Capital represents a material risk that should not be overlooked.

Ponzy scam scheme .... Waiting since almost 4 months, and yet, i am not the only one, CK shut down who ever talk about this reality, people got banned just because they said this truth CK cant handle, they will answer you with non relative answer to the situation, to dislead people, they pay 1 or 2 people of a list where 10 people are waiting for their payout since months .... payouts are pure marketing ! And when we talk and request our payouts we get banned and timed out in the discord
